Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed 15mm thick in cement mortor 1:6 laid & jointed with grey cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete.

M&L for vitrified ceramic dark shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile n. exc. 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate).

M&L chequred rubber moulded cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20 mm to 25mm thick (Machine made) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.

M&L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) surface even and finished fair without using extra cement.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joints grade A 65mm deep x 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound for hardstanding complete all as specified and directed

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade B for hardstanding complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M&L for stone boulder pitching, laid dry hand packed tightly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for keyed pointing CM 1:3 random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto coursed all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets/AC boards, any thickness, including cover fillets and removing from site all as specified.

Providing and fixing in repair 595 X 595 mm Gypsum PVC laminated ceiling tiles of 8 mm total thickness, borders of the tiles shall be covered by PVC membrane with more than 80% of light reflectance, consisting of aluminium foil on wear side to found resistance from water / humidity. The grid should be of “Armstrong” made with 24mm wide T-section flanges colour white having rotary stiching on all T-sections i.e the main runner 1200 mm cross tees with a web height of 35mm and a load carrying capacity of 23.78 Kg/Sqm. The T-section have a galvanizing of 120 grms / sqm & passed through 500 Hrs of salt test.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) with 2 layer of wall care putty over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq m each and removing from store complete shall as specified .

M&L for 50 micron powder coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete shall as specified.

M&L for Powder coated Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified .

S&F 5.5mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with beading in square in exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane with Solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete

S&F aluminium (extruded section) body Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm size Aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm long Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm size But hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised and fixed, type C-21 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel letters of approx size(200mm x 100mm) of any nos, permanentely fixing in any surface, any possition in required format complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 12mm thick toughened tinted glass with engraved air force logo & words (approx size 16" x 16") and engraved letters 15 to 20 Nos (approx size of each letter 8"x4") fixed on wall with stainlesss steel brackets/clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Stainless steel 50mm bore pipe of heavy grade suitable for stair railing including necessary cutting, erecting, fixing arrangment and necessary welding in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Stainless steel 40mm bore pipe of heavy grade suitable for stair railing as in blauster pole/post fixing on steps including necessary cutting, erecting, fixing arrangment, cover plates and necessary welding in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
