Improvement and Development of existing Electrical infrastructure of tubewells at various Mpl. Parks in Ward No. 17 under Civil Line Zone

Lifting of existing submersible pump set with all accessories from well and lowering the same along with all assessories for the depth Up to 50 meter complete as reqd.

Rewinding of single / three phase AC motors of vertical type multi stage submersible pump sets of following rating :- (a) Single phase 1.5 HP

Repairing of pumping unit of 1/1.5/3 HP vertical type multi stage, submersible pump set by replacement of following accessories/parts etc. Complete as reqd. (a) Gun metal bush / bearing.

(a) Pump Shaft

(b ) Impeller

Development of tube well with suitable capacity of air compressor i/c lowering of the necessary induction pipe or line i/c cost of fuel, hire charges of compressor etc as reqd. The development shall be considered complete when gravel stop sinking discharge ceased to improve and the sand contents are not more than 10 PPM after 20 minutes of starting the pump complete as reqd.

Supplying, lowering, testing and commissioning of vertical type, multistage, totally enclosed water filled deep well submersible pumping set complete i/c connection etc. as reqd Single Phase 1.5 HP having discharge of 72 LPM Approx. at 49 M Head

Supplying and fixing following sizes of insulated steel flexible safety rope for holding submersible pump set i/c clips etc complete as reqd. (a) 6 mm dia

P&F following sizes of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor 3 core submersible cable confirming to IS.694/1990 etc. as reqd. (a) 3 X 2.5 sq.mm.

Supply, lowering and fixing following size of G.I.Pipe (M-Class)i/c cutting threading on both sides etc. ISI marked etc as reqd.. b. 32 mm dia ( Nominal bore)

S& F following sizes of GI Elbow as reqd. b. 32 mm dia

S&F following sizes of GI socket as reqd. b. 32 mm dia

S&F MS clamp made up of flat iron of size 50mmx 6 mm with 4 nut bolt for holding the G.I.Pipe from 40 mm to 65 mm dia pipe etc as reqd.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type control panel board for single phase & Three Phase submersible pumping set of following rating complete with contactor, relay , MCB ,condenser ,voltmeter, ammeter and indication lamp etc including connections etc as reqd. a. 1.5 HP (Single Phase)

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 V,isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections testing and commissioning etc. as required . (a) Double pole 63 A

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I wheel of approved quality (Screwed end ) : 32 mm nominal bore.

Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Al. conductor armoured cable 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS-7098 of following size:2C*6 sqmm.

S & F MS Clamp made up ofm iron flat of size 50X6 mm with 4 nut bolt for holding the GI pipe as reqd. 32mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/Hume metal pipe as required.Upto 35 sq. mm

Providing and suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing /casing pipe, removable as per requirement , all complete for borewell of 150 mm dia

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe lSI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II completewith fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level)including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning andprotective covering etc. , complete as required.

Supply and fabrication of pole protection system made up of 8SWG steel wire mesh of size25mmx75mm rectangular with 50mmx50mmx6mm MS angle iron for supporting the mesh i/c MV danger plate and grounding the protection system in suitable quality of CC etc as reqd.
