Dismantling of pump at site, dragging to the loading site over a lead of approximately 500 m , loading in private load carrier and carrying to the workshop for necessary repairs.

Disassembling of pump and jammed parts at workshop. The job includes cutting of severely jammed shaft and impeller by way of using oxy-acetylene gas cutter to cut shaft at workshop. The job then includes extraction of stuck part of shaft in impeller using hydraulic press and then using drilling, turning using single point cutting tool for safe extraction of GM impeller on lathe.

Fabrication, providing, fitting and successful testing of SS-410 shaft having finished length of 1075mm and diameter of 79 mm fabricated out of minimum 80 mm diameter SS-410 solid shaft. The job includes fabrication of two no. key ways of size 104×18 mm on both sides of shaft for holding of impeller and the coupling with fabricated shaft. The job also includes fabrication of bearing seat after mounting shaft on lathe for a length of 54 mm and depth of 06 mm on both sides of shaft. Fabrication of external threads for check nut for width of 22 mm on shaft and 50 mm in length internal threads in shaft for fixing of impeller with the shaft through a tightening bolt at end. The job includes all cost of material, skilled labour, tools and tackles as required for carrying the job in the workshop.

Providing, fitting of double row ball angular contact ball bearing no. 3313 SKF make. The job shall also include adequate greasing to the bearings.
