REPAIR/MAINT TO SEWAGE DISPOSAL INCLUDING GULLY TRAPS MAN HOLES SEPTIC TANKS FILTER BED ETC AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS TO THE BUILDINGS LOCATED IN AREA B AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE(I) DM VISAKHAPATNAM

Cleaning of blockages of sewage lines of any dia and depth upto lenth n exc 15mtr, manholes of any size and depth, working in foul condition, cleaning of manholes and sewage lines by rodding to and from flushing with water in sweage lines between successive manholes and keep the system functional including water closets, floor traps, nahani traps, gully traps etc, upto final drop/outlet into septic tanks, removing all blockages in fould station manually or mechanically including cleaning of soil/waste/vent pipes and rain water pipes of any descriopton and size in the area 'B' under GE (I) Dockyard. Contractor shall provide 04 safaiwala daily) , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Contractor has to arrange all necessary tools and kits for workers on the daily basis to complete the job.

2. On the daily basis attendance for the detailed wokeers to be maintain on register and should be countersigned by JE / AGE. 3. Contractor or his authorize representative has to collect complaints slips from complain cell of GE (I) DM on the daily basis and should resubmit the same duly signed by the user to the office after completion of the job. 4. Complaints so received on daily basis has to be completed within 24 hours, other wise recovery of Rs 5000.00 per job will be recovered by the Engr in Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and paving including floor tiles not exc 15 cm thick but above ground floors or highly elevated and removing the debries from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth wihtout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for includiing demolition of drain pipes and removing the debries from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping, lintel bands etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in manhole covers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), in landing, cover slabes (for manhole) chajjas and similar articles including chamfers weathering, throating etc and setting in CM 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length and bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc and removing the debries from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete block masonary in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid block, exceeding 10cm in width setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5M wide and not exc 1.5M deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Opening cover, taking out night soil excreta, sludge etc from septic tank/ sewage sump of any capacity and removing the same from Dockyard premises all as complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (in sunken floors) and in any position and removal of debris from Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L removing all dust/dirt from sunken floor and applying two layers of cement slurry mixed withacylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating such as product like sika Latex powder manufactured by sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent product manufactured by Fosroc chemicals (India Ltd) / Pidilite industries or as approved list makes on concrete / brick surfaces as water proofing slurry coating as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 20mm thick in two coats, 10mm thick each coat with Polymer mortar (cement mortar 1:4 mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound such as product such as product like sika Latex powder manufactured by sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent product manufactured by Fosroc chemicals (India Ltd) / Pidilite industries or as approved list makes on concrete / brick surfaces and finishes the surfface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L polythene 200 micron thick laid on a adhasive complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.
