Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work jumper work,saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15cm. layers including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads/lifts and shoring strutting,timbering and dewatering where ever required as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 3 : 6 (1Cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 3 : 6 (1Cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 2 : 4 (1Cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in :-

Suspended floors ,roofs,landings and shelves and their supports,balconies,beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 (1Cement : 1½ Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundations and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Squared rubble masonary coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including racking out joints in cement mortor 1:4 (1 : cement ,4 : sand) complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing & Laying No fine concrete 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Sand graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete:-- in walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtr. Thickness) attached pillasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring , shuttering , strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr and removal of the same for insitu- reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors , roofs,landings and the like up to 200mm in thickness with in all leads and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness), partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering, propping etc. hight of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- arches, domes,vaults upto all span in all leads and lifts.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1Cement : 2 Sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick with in all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortor 1 : 3 (1 Cement :3 Sand) with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing precast concrete manhole cover & frame confirming to IS-12593-1988, part-I and IS-12592-1991, part-II, 560 mm dia metre (Medium duty) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing cast iron rungs 200 mm wide with chequered of ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manhole with 200x200x100 mm cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 : cement 3: sand 6: graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Providing Manufacturing, Supplying, Fabrication and Fixing of MS Fabricated Protection Panel 750mmx750mm made with MS Angle 40x40x4mm for frame, MS Angle 30x30x3mm for cover, MS Flat 25x5mm for fixing of sliding door bolt and MS Sheet 3.15mm thick for protection of manhole covers of storage tanks including the cost of cutting and welding of MS angle, MS Flat & MS Sheet, embedding in RCC Slab by drlling holes in MS angle & in RCC Slab, provision for providing and fixing sliding door bolt 300x16mm, MS Handle 100mm, Lock and applying a coat of red lead paint & Painting two coat with steel paint (Firoze Blue) complete job in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, Jointing, Testing & Carriage of G.I. pipes tube fittings in trenches (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) excluding earth work complete with all leads & lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in all leads and lifts.
