Providing and fixing 1st quality anti-skid floor tiles in toilets & wash rooms of 10mm thick (Concept) conforming to IS : 15622, of KAJARIA make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., Quoted rate shall be including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna, Birla Gold & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed. (Rate includes chipping of existing all types of Floor tiles/ wall tiles, disposal of debris outside HSL premises)

Cleaning of wall tiles, commodes, Wash basins, taps etc., with Acid or its equivalent material complete all as directed (After completion of cleaning matching grouting putty is applied to entire toilet room tiles is in contractor scope)

Drain cleaning, removal of vegetation, silt and all types of rubbish from drain and complete all work as directed by Engineer In charge.Disposal of same outside HSL.

Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM (1:4) to walls at all heights, lintel soffits, chajjas, projections, narrow bands, widths, new wall surfaces, concrete surfaces and where ever required etc., including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.

Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix by using 20 mm aggregate and baby chips including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labbour etc., complete all as directed. (Item includes chipping of damaged concrete and dispose to a lead of 50M)

Supply, fit and fix white glazed earthenware European type water closest of Parryware / Hindware / Jaquar or Equalient make with 'P' or 'S' trap with or without vent hole, colour or black solid plastic seat and cover with low level cistern of 10 litres capacity of same make as specified including all fittings, materials, tools and labour etc., complete

Providing Indian type Comod (IWC) of approved make CERA or its equivalne, including 10 Ltrs Flus Tank and necessary connections etc., after removal the old damaged IWC / EWC and dispose the same to outside the yard, and make it good with cement concrete or Cement mortar complete all as directed.

Supply & Fixing SS Grating of make Waterteck or its equivalent Complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm thick PVC doors with frame & shutter for toilets (Sintex / Hi-Tech or equvilant make) including aluminium aldrop, towerbolt, handles and butt hinges etc., complete

Cutting of existing RR/RCC wall upto 110mm dia for provision of SWR pipe line and making good with CM (1:5) including labour, material and scaffolding etc., complte all as directed.

Disposal of unserviceable material like debris, demolished materials, excavated earth, rubbish, waste materials, removed small tree branches etc., out side the HSL premises to private dumping yard (not to dump in HSL colony dumping area & surrounding areas) it is the resposibility of the firm to ensure no objection shall be raised by municipal authorities / from any body. If any dispute arises the agency has to sort out at their own risk etc.

Providing and fixing of 10 litres capacity PVC low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device ( handle lever) confoirming IS 7231 with completed all as directed

Providing and fixing EWC Seat cover on existing EWC commodes complete in all respect

Supply & Fixing 15mm dia PVC bib cocks of make Waterteck or its equivalent Complete all as directed.

Construction of Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-Modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of cement (PPC - Ramco) and all materials etc., complete.

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil in foundations by mechanical means / manual means including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed

Supply and providing 100mm long Tower bolt for PVC door with required fittings

Providing and fixing PVC Shower rose with 15 or 20mm inlet inlcuding all connections and accessories complete all as directed.

Clearing of Rank Vegetation and dispose the material to outside the yard
