Complete dismantling of single stage horizontal pump by way of disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc.

Complete assembling of single stage horizontal pump after cleaning of all parts throughly with petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using appropriate means of transport through a lead of approximately 20 kilometer.

Rebuilding of pump shaft by way of welding works at excessively worn out places and rebuilding of bearing seats as per requirement and turning and finishing on lathe machine (04 spot).

Repairs to cracked CI pump casing body using by way of grinding, rebuilding, turning, finishing using CI welding electrode. The job includes cleaning rust, paint, contaminants by grinding of casing body around cracked portions of casing for surface preparation both inside and outside. Preheating of entire pump casing using gas torch. Welding of cracked portions using CI welding rods approx. 300 cm. The job includes cost on account of professional welder, oxyacetylene gas heating etc for completion of job.

Removing of broken/damaged studs/bolts from pump body, boring and tapping along with fasteners of suitable size.

Providing and fitting of rubber washers 200mm dia size (04 no), providing and fitting of nuts and bolts (10 kg), Providing and fitting palmetto packing (10 kg)

Arresting of leakages to the 200 mm dia mild steel rising main/suction line/ starter body at various spots (06 spots approx. weld length. length approx.= 400 cm, cutting length= 200 cm) at Lift Irrigation Scheme Chitterhall by way of cutting, welding and plugging with superior quality welding electrodes at site including minor manual earth excavation to facilitate welding at pipe bottom. The above job includes cost on account of charges for hiring of tata mobile, welding set, DG set, oxyacetylene gas cutter, manual labour, head load charges, unforeseen items and all tools and tackles required for completion of job at LIS Chitterhall.

Repairs/periodic maintenance of 200 mm foot valve installed on suction by way of extraction of footvalve from their installed position by means of cutting damaged/rusted/worn out bolts the job includes reconditioning of hinges, hinge bolts, weight plate, valve seat, valve body by way of welding, patching, grinding etc. Providing and fitting of rubber insertion cloth replacing the rusted/damaged parts, nuts, bolts, hinges etc as per requirement, cutting the old damaged/rusted MS bars of strainer and providing and fitting of new MS bars. Re-fitting to suction line and testing on full load. The job includes to and fro carriage charges from site to workshop through a lead of approx. 20 km in mechanical transport.
