Taking down carefully old unserviceable existing copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including teak wood battens or from existing conduits with all fittings, such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, sockets, lamp holder, fan regulators, sketch/brackets, light fittings (except tube light fitting) etc but excluding ceiling fan and removal of old material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors ceiling etc to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Srl Item Nos. 1 to 80 :- (i) Contractor will depute One Electrician and One helper per day for daily basis for attend the complaints all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The quoted rate of items shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. (ii) Contractor/Supervisor will collect electrical complaints from concern JE on daily basis and will complete on same day and submit the performance silip duly signed by user's/complaintant. (iii) Contractor will provide suitable transportation for attending daily basis complaints on site like cycle/Motorcycle etc to each electrician/helper with proper driving licence/Halmet etc and keep permission of vehicle for inside premises by competent authority. (iv) Contractor will responsible for safety of the tradesmans employ by them. (iv) Contractor will provide equipments like Tester, Test lamp, Multi meter, cutting plier, screw driver, plier, electric hammer, drill machine, electrical wall cutting machine, wiring steel wire etc on his own arrangement for rectifying the complaint and also screws, nut, bolt, insulation tape, as per site requirement and no other payment will be made for the same.

Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items here-in-after of BOQ (Sch 'A' ).

Note : (i) The cost of earth lead /strip and GI pipe for protection of earth lead/strip upto 7.5m is included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of excavation, earth work & PCC etc are included in the quoted rate. (iii) On testing after completion, if the earth resistance less than 0.5 Ohms is not obtained earthing will be regenerated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained.

Fixing only in renewal of LED batten light fitting 1 x18/20 Watt, 6000K, 4" with polycarbonate environment friendly, energy efficient with all light fitting connection with 2 core flexible cable 23/0.00076 from ceiling rose to light fitting connection etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) LED batton light fitting 1 x18/20 Watt will be issued under Schedule 'B' for fixing only at store yard of AGE E/M (AF) Phalodi. (ii) Cost of Necessary tools and plants necessary for repair works shall be arranged by Contractor and wiring from ceiling rose to light fitting should be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
