Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge/thickness in roof covering ridge etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted Trapezoidal profile galvalume aluminium zinc coating steel sheet 0.50mm thick (base metal thickness) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa minimum yield strength conforming to IS - 513 (1994) coated with hot dip alloy of 55% aluminium + 43.50%Zinc +1.50% silicon and finished with resin coat ( of thickness not less than 35 micron) on both surface @150gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) of approved colour as in roof covering/cladding, fixed with self tapping screws (make hilty/fissers), neoprene and epdm washers class 3 of AS-3566(5.5-14X5 for crest and 5.5-14X25 for valley fixed) with 150mm end lap and one corrogation side lap whereever required penetrations and lap in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile/HDPE fillers shall be provided whereever required to close voids between sheets and fastners etc. as in roof covering/ cladding in straight or curved surface in any height complete all as specified and directed. Note : The colour of sheet for bldg shall be approved by GE.

S & F of rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Gde Fe-410 W complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of suspended false ceiling system of grid/section size 600x600mm comprising of GI powder coated main 39x24x0.8mm thick (thickness comprising of GI/0.40+PPGS/0.3), cross TEE 29X24X0.8mm thick and wall angle 22.2x22.2x0.65mm thick duly suspend with 6 mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash fasteners or from purlin of the roof with clip including 4mm thick E- Board tiles for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 600x600mm to be placed in the grid system complete all as speceified and directed.

Demolition of brick work /stone work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work built in CM 1:6 with sub class old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius all as specified and directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine Cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 laid and bedded jointed cement slurry mixed with pigment to match to shade of the slab incuding grinding, mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine Cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in dado, riser of steps, skirting, and including 10 mm thick rendering as backing coat of kota stone CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match to shade of the slab incuding cutting grinding mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in Ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm thickness and removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid to slop of 1:12, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering where directed and providing 10mm wide joints through out the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitumen 85/25 and three part of fine sand by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hard core of broken stone aggregate of guage not exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning under floors including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rubber moulded precast concrete colour interlocking paver block of 60 mm thickness of M-35 grade conforming to IS - 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate as in path finished surface even and rough to receive topping layer all as specified and directed.

S & F rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 20 mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement slurry with pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, cills, seismic and other similar bands and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work as required complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position incl raking out joints making for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering in CM 1:4 on walls 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work finished the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces in CM 1:6 finished the surface even and and smooth with out using extra cement complte all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard of complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for replacement of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 2009 part – I connected to earthing test point including earth continuity conductor and loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & pit cover 75mm thck in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with 6mm dia bar @ 150 c/c both ways including with lifting handle and Earth lead and GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point /main switch board and 20mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations of poles/stay/struts etc, trenches for laying of cables and the like not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) at a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry and clean sand over and under the under ground cable in trenches , ducts for cable protection incliding levellling and consodilation complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for brick protection cover of UG cable by using old size sub class 'B''common burnt clay building bricks, laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of the brick and gap between adjacent brick n exc 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing LT Panel cubical type by opening Nut bolt and screw and removing from room for deposting in store or contractor as schedule of credit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation,testing and commissioning in replacement in door type cubicle LT Pannel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50Hz, factory fabricated having mordern fabrication process powder coated having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it dust/ vermin proof OUTER SHELL: The outer shell be made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame, factory fabricated with front and back openable, double door system (back side only) lockable/ openable by keys , louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands The dimenssion of the shell should be adequated to accommodated inner shell described below giving minimum 75mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell along with its control gears /accessories could be taken outside without disturbing outer shell. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal-coated stand having Zinc coating not less than 100 microns. Provision of threateded earthing stud at bottom and lifting lungs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54. Contd../-

INNER SHELL: Inner shell shal be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duily compartmentalized for each control gear. Front and back openable single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. Gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completlely vermin proof and to accomodate incommer/ outgoing MCCBs and TPN Alluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shirnkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators made on non hygroscopic, non combustile, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar. The cubicle shall incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have aluminium TPN extension links of currrent carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension link shall not be less than 300 mm long supported on suitable size 'F' class insulators. The degree of protection for inner shell be IP-42 & carry the following items. Contd.../-

M & L for 40mm dia bore galvanized iron tubing, light grade, ISI Marked, for protection of cable fixed to pole / wall or laid in floors/road crossing ducts with all necessary fittings like clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair energy conservation LED Flood light luminaries of 100 W watts including necessary mounting clamps with nuts & bolts & connection with sutable size of cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of earthing with galvanized steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly into ground (earth pit) not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level, top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanized mild steel strip 32 x 6mm (7.5m long) by means of rivets at one end and the other end connected to equipments body and neutral panel board, including GI pipe light grade of 40mm nominal bore for protection of Earth strip and watering pipe medium grade of 20mm nominal bore fitted with 0.63 mm thick GI sheet funnel with wire mesh etc complete including charcoal and salt , necessary mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts etc, earth work and excavation in any type of soil, making good to floor with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, earth pit and precast RCC cover 65mm thick duly reinforced with 6mm dia MS round bars @ 100mm C/C both ways with lifting handle of 10mm dia MS bar, earth test point & making good to floor, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete as directed by Engr -in-charge.

S & F in replacement Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x75x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete as directed by Engr -in-charge.

S& F Aluminium strip 25x 3.00 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground from earthing to the lighting conductor as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement twin LED aviation light , hard red colour dome 2x20watt, weather proof IP-65 yellow painted complete including connetion from DB to fitting as directed.

Supply and installaion with testing complete of digital water level indicator device operating on single phase supply , direct display in 150 mm size digit system in meter/centimeter of water level of overhead tank ensuring alarm while water fall or rise at predetermined limit . One minute auto off alarm. The entire unit mujst operate through a compact electronic circuit which must ensure reliable operation at 230 V +/- 5% with reliable in digit display & alarm at low & high level of over head tank . The circuit must be housed in MS /CRC sheet box with nylon moulded connection strips. The level system must resistance transducer which unaffected by corrosion and other contactes availble in water. The unit must be controlled by micro switch (should be sensor system) The whole unit must electrically controlled and the upper level and lower level indicator must be highly senstive Micro Swith. The required copper cableof 0.5 Sq mm , 3 core size for OH tank and dismantling of old unserviceable water level shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted unit rate.

M & L for maintaining the existing Sluice valve chamber of size 1mtr x 1mtr x 1mtr by scrapping the broken plaster and broken brick wall of chamber and making good the whole chamber by replastering and making wall of chamber by using cement Mortar,Bricks including cleaning of unwanted broken things of plaster and brick pieces or as directed by Engr -in-charge.

M & L cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape and size as directed or indicated and inclusive of one prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including dismantling of old unserviceable cross arms complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete or similar work complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for surface excavation n.exc 15 cm deep and taking out the root of vegetable growth including cutting of bushes and level the whole excavated surface complete all as specified & directed.
