M & L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 using (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius,in half brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (100mm thick) using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying floor finish and. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for tiles in vertical surface of size 300mmx450mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 using (20mm graded aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed

S & F for Galvanised steel water tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings concealed including cutting chases to brick wall/ceiling or laying in floors and making good complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for GI steel water tubing 20mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Stop valves 15mm dia cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 75mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or floors complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for PVC connection 15 mm dia, 450 mm long including check nut complete, all as specified and directed.

S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specified and as directed.

S&F for Factory made solid PVC panelled door shutter 30mmthick (Style) consiting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails ,MS frame shallbe covered withheat moulded plain coloured PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width struck inside with solvent cement for styles and palin colour PVC sheet for Toprail : panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealedto the style and rail withsuitable PVC sheet beading and jointed toghether with solvent cement etc fixed with frame at site complete

S & F for steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges peg stay to receive glazing or gauzing and one coat of primer including fixing of hold fast size 25 x 5 mm of flat iron etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F for 100 mm long (ISI Marked) Mild steel medium weight cold rolled butt hinges and fixed with screw/welded to frames etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 125 mm extruded Aluminium handles fabricated type anodised (ISI marked) etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F for 150 mm long aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolt of extruded section (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed

S & F for 3 mm figured glass, pin head type and glazed with oil putty in sqm n exc 0.50 aqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix for white vitreous china squatting pan orissa pattern of size 580mm x 440 mm, with integral foot rest and P or S trap connection to trap and to flushing pipe front or back inlet including, etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Hindware/Parryware/Cera, 1st quality)

Supply & Fix for PVC valve less syphonic action type flushing cistern 10ltr capacity low level, white/coloured with inlet ball valve flaot and handle including bracket complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Hindware/Parryware/Cera, 1st quality)

Supply only flush pipe of polythene of low or high density 32 mm PVC for low level flushing cistern complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix for 15mm bib taps cast copper alloy, fancy type CP with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferule and fixed complete all as specified and directed..(make;- marc/Seiko)

Supply and Fix for PVC(SWR)bends with access door any, radious 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 31 herein above but bore of pipe 75 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix for PVC (SWR) vent cowl 110mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 for 100mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed , in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.
