PRICE SCHEDULE: A-1 PIPE LINE WORK

Manufacturing, supplying ,lowering, laying and jointing in position to correct line spirally welded SAW/Fabricated MS Pipe having bevelled end plates / coils, confirming to IS 3589-2001 or its latest revision/ amendmendment, for following thickness and finished inside diameter including all taxes, transportation and freight charges, inspection charges, loading/ unloading charges, including cost of labour and material, specials (Tee, bend etc.), field joints, CC encasing, satisfactory hydraulic testing, disinfection, commissioning etc. complete as per scope of work, technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge including the following items of work; - Earthwork in all types of strata includngg soft rock and hard rck, where ever encountered, including all lead and lift - filling sand in bedding, sides and above pipe, in rocky stata as per scope of work - 12 mm thick cement mortar lining on inner surface of 2000/1800 mm dia pipe. - 40 mm thick cc guniting on outer surface of 2000/1800 mm dia pipe. -Inner and Outer epoxy coating on 1200 mm dia pipe - Construction of thrust blocks/anchor blocks - refilling of trenches with propercompection -restoration work - disposal of surplus earth as per the direction of engineer-in-charge. Note : Providing and fixing of all requisite specials as per drawing, design and layout are inclusive in RM measurement of the item and shall not be paid separately.

Interconnection Work

Interconnection work with RGLC of all the three IPS sumps by construction of RCC Wells, CC Apron/Baffle arrangement etc. for safe diversion of overflow water in to canal excluding cost of Carrier pipe complete job as per scope of work.

Interconnection of 1800 mm MS pipeline with Silting Basin of RGLC by construction of RCC Well, CC Apron/Baffle arrangement etc. for diverting water in to RGLC excluding cost of Carrier pipe complete job as per scope of work.

SURGE PROTECTION MEASURES

Carrying out Surge Analysis and design for Surge Protection System and Supply and installation of the recommended Surge Protection Devices to protect the Pumping main including all material, labour, testing and commissioning as per scope of work, Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer etc,complete in all respect. for all the for pumping mains starting from RWPH, IPS-1, IPS-2 and IPS-3.

PRICE SCHEDULE: A-2 CIVIL WORKS

Construction of combined structure of RCC Pump House with Sump (minimum live capacity as prescribed in scope of work) including desludging sump of and rcc framed structure pump house for installation of 9 VT pumps (6 present + 3 Future) with minimum floor area of 1300 Sq. M. with provision for, pipe gallary, maintenance bay, electical room, and rooms for SCADA, office, duty staff, battteries, kitchnet, toilets, stairs, poarch etc, as per detailed scope of work and specifications at following locations;

RWPH near RWR

Construction of RCC Sump/Forebay near RWR for interconnection of multipipe outlet with RWPS through 2000 mm MS pipe. The Sump will be provided suitable raking mechanism,access, platform etc. required for safe and convenient operation.

Construction of stone/brick masonry bounday wall for four campuses of the raw water pumping stations as per scope of work and specifications.

Providing and fixing of steel gates (Main gate + Wicket gate) at the four campuses of the raw water pumping stations as per scope of work and approval of engineer-in-charge.

Construction of J-2 type full set quarters. 2 Nos at each pump house as per scope of work, specifications, drawing and direction of EiC.

Construction of RCC framed structure store Buildings of minimum 250 Sq. M. plinth area as per scope of work and speciications and drawing approved by engineer-in-charge.

Construction of CC min M30 grade Campus Road (3.75 m wide) as per scope of work and specifications atfour raw water pumphouse campuses.

Campus development work including levelling and dressing, drainage, pitching, street lights, parking, security hut, horticulture,street lighting etc. as per scope of work and specifications

PRICE SCHEDULE: A-3 MECHANICAL WORKS OF PUMPING STATIONS

Fabrication, supply of flanged/ plain ended MS interconnection pipes, delivery pipes, Common Header pipe and Tee/Bend/Specials etc. all with inner and outer minimum 250 micron epoxy coating, made from MS sheet strips of relevant IS specification of approved thickness by welding, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position at all level/ depths in trenches complete including flanged jointing wherever required, all material, labour, testing and commissioning along with pipe line as per Scope of work, Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer.

Valve including all material, labour, testing and commissioning as per scope of work and Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible dewatering pump set conforming to relevant IS codes and as per scope of work and Technical Specifications, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft, impeller, pump and motor body. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer etc. complete in all respect as per specification, scope of work and direction of Engineer in Charge of following power rating, suitable for prescribed duty conditions mentioned in TD.
