The brand quoted by firm should be available in its product list submitted.5.Railway reserves the right to split orders in two parts if the difference in the rates is within 5 percent toensure brand requirement and timely supply. It may be noted that drugs to be supplied against this tender can be analyzed any time before actual consumption and cost of sub standard quality product should be borne by the firm.7. Acceptance of tender and all contracts for supply of article to the East Coast Railway are subjected to the Indian railway Standard conditions of contract and any other conditions and instructions that may be issued from time to time for the guidance of suppliers notwithstanding the execution of the separate agreement in respect of individual tenderers.8.
