Phase-1:- Design & Construction of Multi Level Over Grounded Puzzle type automated/semi-automated car parking system for 76 Nos of parking space in Approximate area of 36 x 23 M (after levelling and developing the area) at HQ DGBR, Naraina, Delhi Cantt. The scope also includes design of the parking system based on latest IS standards and applicable codal provisions, its approach road of 100 mtr length (Approx), preparation of drawings and safety/proof check from IIT/NIT and as per particulars specification in as per clause 2.2 to 2.18.

Phase-2 : Installation work Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out by Manpower

Earth work in excavation in Hard rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Hand packing (any thickness) at back of pavement, wall, over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level

M&L Cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains

M&L Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre

M&L Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ for slab thickness 100 mm

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L Foundation upto plinth level

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

Dismantling framed trusses Span N exc 10 m

M&L Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.

M&L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified
