Supply of materials and outsourcing of labours -(As per CPWD specifications 2019 as well as approved by the Site Incharge.)
Erection and dismantling of double scaffolding system in and around the monument upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with bamboo, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical joint with bamboo, coir string and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of conservation works and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen including cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
Clearing grass, unwanted vegetation growth from structures and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in excavation for desilting of tank by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
Taking out the damaged, decayed and worn out composite masonry of brick and R.R. stone structure very slowly and carefully layer by layer without damaging the adjacent structural members including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of debris including cost of labours, T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
Resetting of damaged, decayed and worn out composite masonry of brick and R.R. stone structure members 40% Old and 60% New using lime surkhi mortar in 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: 1 brick aggregate 10mm to 20mm ) matching with existing ancient texture of structures very slowly and carefully including cost of labours, materials,T&P, curing etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
Restoration of missing composite masonry of brick and R.R. stone structure members using lime surkhi mortar in 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: 1 brick aggregate 10mm to 20mm ) matching with existing ancient texture of structures very slowly and carefully including cost of labours, materials, T&P, curing etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
Recess/ Flush pointing to the composite masonry of brick and R.R. stone structure members using combination mortar 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: 1 brick aggregate 10mm to 20mm )very slowly and carefully to match with the existing structure after raking out joints ,curing etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.etc complete.
Providing 10 cm thick brick ballast (20mm to 40mm) in the floor above stone slab including making surface, ramming, consolidating and grouting with fine sand cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.etc complete.
Laying 10 cm thick lime concrete using 50 % mortar of proportion 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: 1 brick aggregate 10mm to 20mm ) with 20 mm nominal size brick aggregate including ramming, maintaining proper gradient etc. complete.
Grouting, saturating and consolidating the inner core of the composite masonry of brick and R.R. stone structure after proper cleaning the surface through the both gravitational and mechanical force with the help of liquid lime mortar in proportion 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand: 1 brick aggregate 10mm to 20mm ) including stitching the cracks, cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with wooden or steel rammers and dressing up, in embankments near ancient structures very slowly and carefully, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
Removal of debris/malwa such as dead lime plaster, concrete, stone block etc. from work spot to suitable dumping place by mechanical load including loading & unloading , carriage and cleaning of area , cost of labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
