Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 0.075 MLD capacity based on natural treatment (MBAR) Multi Baffled Anaerobic Reactor in shape of constructed wetland technology including evolving of hydraulic & structural desigsn & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning followed by Tertiary Treatment by constructing wet land, multimedia filter, auto chlorination as per the provisions of Mannual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition). The Sewage Treatment plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having charactristics of BOD =375 mg/litre & SS =750 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Polution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5 - 9.5 day BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, SS ≤ 20 mg /litre NH 4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, Fecal Coliform (MPN /100 ml) <100. The scope of work includings C/O inlet chamber 1 No., Screen channel (2 Nos.), Distribution box (1No.), Multi Baffled Anaerobic Reactor(MBAR) minimum HRT 45 Hrs., constructed wet land (minimum area 165sqm. depth 1.8 mtr.), sludge drying bed, multi media filter, chlorine contact tank with required arrangement, walk ways, Interconnectivity pipe of STP & Effulent Pipe, Boundary wall with Fencing Panel around the STP Yard, Steel gate, Interconnecting path, railing and access ladder, Plant building/Chowkidar room (plinth area 20.00sqm.), providing and installation of Electro-mechanical equipments, providing & fixing of yard lighting around STP, O&M for seven years with in all leads and lifts alongwith network and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.( as per chapter No. published by CPHEEO Manual(Latest edition). The scope of work also includes construction of retaining wall for protection of STP as per basic data for sewage treatment plant. The design methodology should be based on CPHEEO manual on sewage and sewage treatment and the kinetic equations & rate constants involved in the design process should have authentic references duly vetted from IIT/NIT/PEC.
Excavation in foundations and trenches including pipes and pits in all depths etc. in all lifts and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts, clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into ,sides of foundations and trenches etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete using M30 (Design Mix) but not leaner than 1:1.5:3 (1cement:1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Foundations and plinth
Walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.
Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams,girders,bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two levels.
Providing and laying cement concrete using M25 (Design Mix) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:- In Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level. and all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( Inspection chamber)
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens ballies, height of propping and cent ring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-
Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors upto 200mm kin thickness.
Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks 2nd class in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
20mm cement plaster in single coat of rough side of brick/Concrerete /stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth CM 1:6 (1cement: 6sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting bending binding and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Applying Cement slurry or cement concrete work in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing 200mm wide CI rungs with Chequarred/Ribbed non slip surfaces i/c fixing in M/hole with 200x100x100mm CC 1:3:6(1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing SFRC manhole cover 560mm dia (medium duty) with frame in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Laying, jointing and testing of Ductile iron spigot & socketed pipe with cement mortar lining on inner side, pipe jointed with tyton push on joint including cost of all kinds of fitting such as sockets, SBR gaskets and fixing complete. The pipe should be as per IS 8329-2000 class K-7 as per dimensions and weight mentioned below in a random length of 4 to 7 mtrs within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Earth work & joints shall be measured and paid separately).
Ductile iron pipe 150mm dia with wall thickness of 5.00mm Outer dia 170 mm having weight of pipe 22.75 kg. per Rmtr.
Laying jointing and testing in trenches HDPE pipe of 160mm diameter and classes as per IS: 4984-1995 grade PE-80 and jointing the pipes through push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machine complete with butt (heat) fusion welded joints with necessary fittings such as bends, tees, reducers etc. fabricated in accordance with IS: 8360 and IS: 8008 with latest amendements and shall be provided as per site conditions. The flanging of the pipes shall be made as and where required conforming to IS: code 8008 and 7634, stud ends shall be fussion welded on pipes & flanges shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating / plastic powder. The flanges should be conform to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts and bolts (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing of Ductile iron Y-Tee size 150x150 mm dia. spigot & socketed tee with CML ( push on joint) fixing complete as per BS: 4772 class K-12 as per dimensions, weight mentioned below with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Earth work to be measured and paid for separately).

Providing and fixing of SMC Pannel water tank (500 Ltrs.) on PCC base along with floating valve, complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing / Fixing double flanged cast iron sluice valve class PN-1.0 of kirloskar/ Leader make of 65 mm dia and capable of with standing the seat pressure of 10.20 Kg/cm2 as per IS: 14846-2000 with upto date amendments and all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

The thickness of gasket not less than 3.00mm conforing to IS:2712-1998. The work shall be done as per entire satisfaction of the Enginer-in-charge in all leads and lifts

Providing & installation of submersible pumpig set of KSB/ Kirloskar/ Calma/ Johnsion/ Oswal make comprising to latest relevant code. The pump should be fittied with bronze impellers as per IS 8034-1976 latest suitable for clear water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft of steel grade EN-8 coupled to a submersible electric motor (water proof type of required HP, RPM 2900 of standard make such as Kirloskar /Crompton/KSB confirming to BIS 9238 -1979 latest with up to date amendments, totally dust and wate proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It also should be fitted with a device to take up the expansion of water with heating of motor. The pump set should include complete pannel board with starter, cable, capactor, valves, water level gaurds, erection clamps, cable clips and depth gauge etc. and any other required item suitable for operation on data given below:-

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per HPPWD specification and all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
