Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter w/o taking off shutter from the frame area not exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 01 but area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each. Note for Sl item No 1 & 2 :- The rates quoted are deemed to be included for cutting hold fasts for removal of chowkhats/frames.

M&L for providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed window frame area exceeding 1 Sqm but n exc 2 sqm each made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm ( + 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mm x 58mm), sash (60mm x 73mm), T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mm x 74mm), Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket 1.2 + 0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), sash (31mm x 27.5mm). T profile (27mm x 17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8 mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware: [casement handle made of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), But Hinges of'zinc alloyed (white powder coated), stainless steel (SS 304 GRADE) friction hinges to the dide / top hung uPVC window, (size 250X19 X1.9mm) with multi point locking system] and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.

EPDM gasket 1.2 + -0.2mm thick galvanized steel frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos,sliding Sash (30mm x 18mm),sliding mesh sash(26*10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners. Hardware : [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system . stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm and required assoceries . Net opening will be measured for payment purpose, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor includes cost of glass and excludes all other connected accessories. S&F 5.5mm thick sheet glass selected quality plain/ tinted in squares n exc 0.5 sqm each pane and fixed with glass putty or beading, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick walls etc including raking out of joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.
