Carrying out Pre-Feasibility Studies for the proposed big

check dams, each having a minimum body wall length of

15.00 meters, across various rivers and nalas located in

Jaghadiya, Netrang and Valia talukas of Bharuch District.

Carrying out detailed topographical survey for the proposed

Check Dam using Total Station/DGPS, including taking cross

sections and longitudinal section profiles at 30 m intervals on

straight reaches, 10 m on curves, and 10 m cross sections

along the proposed alignment covering at least 500 m

downstream and 1500 m upstream. Preparing detailed plan

showing all features such as check dam dimensions, side

roads, electric poles, structures, existing wells, and

boundaries; preparing and plotting L.S., C.S., Index Map, and

Contour Map at 1.0 m interval; marking existing and

proposed check dam location on the latest village map;

preparing level sheets with necessary calculations; fixing two

(2) permanent B.M.s; and including all charges for

transportation, labour, data processing, plotting, and

submission of drawings in soft copy and three (3) hard copies

as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carrying out Sub soil investigation for Soil Bearing Capacity

test with machine drilling of bore holes at specified location

3 including collection of samples, laboratory testing, 360.00 Rmt 8221.50

submitting report including transport and others. (Unit Rate

carried out for 10 m. depth of Bore)

Preparing hydraulic and structural design of the proposed

Check Dam as per relevant codal provisions with prescribed

checklist, including preparation of catchment area drawing of

the proposed site at F.R.L, H.F.L, and A.H.F.L levels, obtaining

approval from the concerned authority, and submission of

the same in the required format. The work includes all

charges for transportation, labour, data preparation, design

computation, and submission of drawings and reports

complete shall include one soft copy and three (3) hard

copies as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing detailed estimate and Draft Tender Paper (DTP)

for the proposed Check Dam, including preparation,

submission, and obtaining approval from the concerned

5 authority. The work includes all charges for data compilation, 10.00 Nos. 25000.00

documentation and other incidental expenses, complete shall

include one soft copy and three (3) hard copies as directed

by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The Contractor shall exhibit a board with brief details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for which

no extra payment shall be made.

2 The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

3 GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.

In all R.C.C. Items in Rate Analysis Standard Cement Consumption has been taken as per Govt. G.R. NO.:

MIS102010/17/K1 Dated:30/07/2018 as stated in S.O.R. therefore in R.C.C. items where there is a change as per

actual mix design the cost of difference of cement consumption have been deducted from the rate of original item

at the rate of input rate mentioned in all the tender.
