Taking down old unserviceable exhaust fan (PVC body) any type/size, supply and fixing of exhaust fan AC single phase 240 V of size 250 mm sweep 1400 RPM with louvers shutter ,5 star rating,and making good disturbed complete with connection from ceiling rose to exhaust fan all as specified. Note:- Old unserviceable exhaust fan to be deposited in MES store yard.

Taking down old unserviceable electric storage water heater any type/size, supply and installation of electric storage water heater (vertical type geyser minimum 5 star rating, 50 ltr capacity 240 V, AC single phase having stainless steel inner tank incl heavy duty pin type fasteners 4" long and PVC flexible connection pipe as per site requirement incl plug in top 15 amp and making necessary inlet/outlet water connection and making good disturbed surface of walls to match with existing surface complete all as specified. Taking down old unserviceable electric storage water heater any type/size, supply and installation of electric storage water heater (vertical type geyser minimum 5 star rating, 25 ltr capacity, 240 V, AC single phase having stainless steel inner tank incl heavy duty pin type fasteners 4" long and PVC flexible connection pipe as per site requirement including plug in top 15 amp and making necessary inlet/outlet water connection and making good disturbed surface of walls to match with existing surface complete all as specified. Note-old unserviceable electric water heater to be deposited in MES store yard.

Supply only indicator lamp for geyser of any type colour green & red complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan ,any size and sweep from its position after disconnecting electrical connection and transport it to workshop for servicing,dismantling for servicing including removal of bearing,bushes, condenser, connector, flaxible cord,split pin etc if required removing old grease and refill fresh, lubricating bushes alongwith new washers, cleaning and washing fan blades, fan body r etc with soap solution after repairing re- assamble the same and transporting from workshop to any location in Palampur Mil Station and fixing to position / location as directed by Engineer-in- charge, connecting to electric system, testing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: -(i) Replacement of parts/rewinding shell be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transporting fan from any location in Army Area to MES store & taking down unserviceable/ defective parts. (iii) Item such as bearings, bushes, capacitor, shaft etc required for replacemen shalled be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Taking down and transporting of exhaust fan 9" (230mm)/12" (300mm) / 15" (375mm)/ 18" (450mm) sweep from any location inside Palampur Mil Stn to MES E/M Store Yard / Workshop for stripping of fan washing thoroughly of bearing / bush by petrol, washing / cleaning fan blade body etc thoroughly provision of new greasing replacement of worn-out / defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) assembling the same after defective / unserviceable parts is replaced including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 mts long size 23/0.0076 (ISI marked) and re-fixing the same at the same location/other location including making good disturbed surface including testing to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:-(i) Replacement of parts/rewinding shell be measured and paid separately (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transporting fan from any location in Army Area to MES store & taking down unserviceable/ defective parts. Supply and fix in repairs steped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour spray painting of ceiling fan, fan blades, down rod, canopy etc with a coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of old painted surfaces, cleaning etc and printing the MES fan numbers etc with black paint complete all as directed.
