Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of bedries outside of Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class `B` brick straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., including removal complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC any description and in any position including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition including removal of of debries outside dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs set in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for mild steel deformed bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:3:6 type, C0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface in channels / drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix rolled mild steel in plain or chequered square cut or notched (ordinary and counter shunk) forming holes without any attachment, complete all as specified. confirming toFe-290 (Gde E-165 ).

Cleaning the blockage In drains including removing of debris sludges deposits etc., accumulated out side the dockyard premises in including removing and refixing of cover slab etc., complete depth of drain not exceeding 450 mm and disposing of foul materials obtained complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 12.00 above but depth of drain exceeding 450 mm but not exceeding 600 mm.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for dark shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) of area exc 0.11 but n.exc 0.18 Sqm in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450X350X7 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.
