RequiredThe bidder shall submit experience certificates/work orders demonstrating the required experience. The Municipality may prescribe a minimum experience requirement, such as Five years, in the tender notice.

RequiredThe bidder shall not have been blacklisted, debarred or prohibited from participating in Government, Municipal, PSU or other public authority tenders.

RequiredThe bidder shall submit all documents specified in the tender schedule. Submission of false, forged or misleading documents shall result in rejection of the bid and may also lead to forfeiture of EMD/security deposit and other action as permissible under law.
