Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

Supply and fix Sluice valve PN-1.6 (ISI marked) confirming to IS-14846-2000 with brass spindle and fly net flanged both ends and drilled for jointing, wheel head type including nuts, bolts, washes & rubber insertion packing etc for 150 mm bore pipe and fixed, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Sluice valve PN-1.6 (ISI marked) confirming to IS-14846-2000 with brass spindle and fly net flanged both ends and drilled for jointing, wheel head type including nuts, bolts, washes & 02 Nos rubber insertion packing etc for 100 mm bore pipeand fixed, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Sluice valve PN-1.6 (ISI marked) confirming to IS-14846-2000 with brass spindle and fly net flanged both ends and drilled for jointing, wheel head type including nuts, bolts, washes & 02 Nos rubber insertion packing etc for 80 mm bore pipe and fixed, IN REPAIRS, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, ISI marked (IS:778) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 50mm dia, in repairs , complete all as specified.

Note : Fitting will be measured and paid separetly, if any, required

S&F Cast iron Non return valve of 100 mm dia with provn of two end spoigot and socket suitable for rubber tyton joint and one end flanged fixed with removable MS plate incl ,rubber gas kit,nut,bolt ,washers,and making suitable fixing arrangement to DI 100 MM dia pipe etc complete all as specified . Note : Fitting will be measured and paid separetly, if any, required.

S&F 100 mm bore cast iron Air release valve with two air outlets complete with fixing arrangement, as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Arresting of water leakage from existing pipe line in position from DI/CI/GI pipe of size 150 mm to 300 bore ,including excavation through Men/Mechanical power ,cutting,welding as per site requirement,jointing material such as lead joint/gaskit joint/CI fitting, nut and bolts,washers and refilling etc complete all as specified . Note:- (i) Excavation up to 1x1x6 Mtr will be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) , DI / CI fitting and pipe length) will be measured and paid saperately under appropriate item of sch 'A' herein. (iii) Cost of new pig lead/lead wool required for repair of leakages is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Note:- (i) Excavation up to 1x1x6 Mtr will be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) , DI / CI fitting and pipe length) will be measured and paid saperately under appropriate item of sch 'A' herein. (iii) Cost of new pig lead/lead wool required for repair of leakages is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Note:- (i) Excavation up to 1x1x6 Mtr will be deem to incl in quoted rate. More excavation will be measured and paid saperately. (ii) Pipe length will be measured and paid saperately.

Arresting of water leakage from existing pipe line in position from GI pipe of size 15mm to 25mm bore ,including excavation through Men/Mechnical power ,cutting threading,welding as per site requirement, incl jointing material such as GI (Bend,socket,reducer,tee,funel, union ,solution,thread etc) and refilling etc complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Excavation up to 1x1x6 Mtr will be deem to incl in quoted rate. More excavation will be measured and paid saperately. (ii) Pipe length will be measured and paid saperately.

Locating blockage in existing distribution pipeline 80mm dia any type in position by excavation work manualy in any type of soil upto 750x500mm upto max 2Mtr length at various location ( Maximum up to 3 location ) incuding necessary cutting/threading/welding work & provision of required size of fittings such as union/socket 1no ,replacement of damaged pipeline,returning filling and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified . Note :- (i) Pipe length will be measured and paid saperately under approriate item of sch 'A' (ii) Contractor shall restore supply system within in 8Hrs.
