AME for repairs and reconditioning of AC units and Water coolers available in ESD-East,Tirumala for the year 2025-26

Servicing and maintenance of the following window/Split/Multi split/ tower/cassetle AC units with the following services for a period of one year including all spare parts with the following. a) Supply and replacement of compressor with a new one as and when found necessary. b) Gas and oil charging whenever found necessary. c) Replacement of pipelines and insulation as and when found necessary. d) Repair to the chamber blower and fan motors including replacement of bearings, bushes, capacitors etc.,and rewinding of motors as and when found necessary. e) Repairs and overhauling of the components in your service station or at site including replacement of wornout and damaged spare parts when found necessary. f) Replacement of copper pipe for existingAC Units to be taken by the contractor. The rate of copper pipe to be exchange of old copper pipe. g) Monthly Inspection and Servicing all the units. h) Attending to the units when called upon. i) Cleaning of filter.

Dismantling, re-installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5 Ton (or) 2.0 Ton / 3 Ton hiwall split Acs and pressure testing dehydration and gas charging of system after re-installation.

Supply, Fabrication of 1set MS bracket suitable for fixing out door unit of split AC unit (Note:Each Set 2 Nos of brackets)

Supply and charging of fresh refrigerant and testing of performance of air conditioner/ fridge/ water cooler of following capacity including capallary and strainer/ filter.

Providing 2 runs of Copper tubes for suction and liquid between indoor and outdoor unit for split/Casseete Air- Conditioner including foaming etc., complete. Make:Copper:Totaline /Nippon / Mandev. Nitrile Insulation: Kflex/ Totaline /Armaflex

AMC of Water Dispensers

Maintenance and servicing and replacement of spares to the dispensers

Scope of Work: 1. Inspecting the water dispensers unit and carrying out preventive maintenance as per standard practice in each visit. 2. Checking the system for leaks and then rectify the leaks in any. 3. Checking the refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings if necessary. 4. The existing damaged spare parts should be replaced with new one and cost of spares will be paid separately. 5. Payment will be made on after completion of work. 6. The service reports should be sent to the concerned DyEE(Elec), Tirumala promptly.

NOTE (i)The rates are of basic rates excluding GST. (ii) The applicable GST will be reimbursed/paid as per actuals on production of proof. (iii)Statutory deductions will be made as per norms, if applicable. Any modalities imposed on GST by the Government from time to time, the same will be implemented.
