Installation & Commissioning of 01 No 40 MVA T/F with Construction of 01 No. 132KV Bay & 01 No. 33KV Bay alongwith associated material and other associated Works at 220KV substation C.B. Ganj under ETD, Bareilly with all cost of men,Misc, consumables,crane/Hydra, Hydraulic jacks Normal and special T&P, Rails centrifuging machine with operator etc. Required for satisfactory completion of the work with all due care of safety & precautions as per Technical specifications and direction of the Supervising engineer as per details Below-:
Installation of new 40 MVA 132/33KV Transformer
Erection of RTCC Panel of the 40 MVA Transformer after Shifting of RTCC Panel from Stores to Control Room and then Making Cable Terminations as per Cable Schedule alongwithEarthing of the RTCC Panel.
Shifting of Main Tank of the 40 MVA Transformer to its Plinth from Storage Place upto 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required.
Additional Shifting of Tank of the above Transformer upto50 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter or Part thereof)
Shifting of Complete Accessories of the 40 MVA Transformer including oil in Drums and Bushings Packed in Wooden Cases/Crates from Unloading Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site in Switchyard (Approx. 50 Meter distance)
Complete Erection of the above 40 MVA Transformer including its Radiators, Conservator Tank, Turrets, HV / LV / Neutral Bushings, Connecting Pipe Lines, Cooling Fans, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Marshaling Box etc. alongwith all other associated Works.
Making of Delta for Neutral Earthing by due Fabrication of 3 No. 3 Meter long Electrodes of 36/40 mm dia M.S. Round Bar, its Piercing under the Ground at Equal Distance of 1 Meter at 700 mm depth by Digging of Earth and connecting all the 3 Nos. Electrodes with 75 mm x 10 mm size M.S. Flat and taking out the M.S. Riser by due cutting, Bending, Welding etc. of the M.S. Flat (1 Job per delta)
Centrifuging & Circulation of T/F Oil in above 40 MVA Transformer, Un-interrupted till the Desired BDV Value of the Oil & IR Values of Bushings are Achieved including Hourly Recording all the Parameters such as Temp., Vacuum, Insulation Resistance etc. Centrifuging Machine, its Operator and all associated T&Ps shall be Arranged by the Contractor at his Own Cost.
Earthing of Main Tank, Marshaling Box, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Transformer Neutral etc. of the above 40 MVA Transformer with the help of 75×10 mm / 50×6 mm size M.S. Flats, its Jointing with already Laid Earth Mat / Deltas at 2 Places with Necessary Fabrication & Erection of Support Structure for Laying of Earthing Strips to Connect with Neutral Bushing and then Painting of the Earthing Strips (M.S. / G.I. Channel/Angle and M.S. Flat as per Requirement shall be Provided by the Deptt.).
Jumpering of the above 40 MVA Transformer as per Details below :
Jumpering with Single ACSR Panther Conductor and associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. between HV side Bushings to 132KV Jack Bus Bar Conductors including all associated Equipments in between.
Jumpering with Twin ACSR Moose Conductor and associated Terminal Connectors, P.G. Clamps etc. between LV side Bushings to 33KV Main Bus Bar including all associated Equipments in between.
Opening of Trench Covers, Laying & Dressing of Following sizes Control Cables on the Cable Racks in Cable Trenches from Control & Relay Panel to various Equipment’s for A.C. / D.C. Connection of Marshalling Box of 40 MVA Transformer, CBs, Isolators, C.T. Junction Boxes etc. including Shifting of the Control Cable Drums from Stores at the Sub Station to Erection Site and Shifting Back the Balance Control Cables in Cable Drums to Stores at the Sub Station and Finally, Placing Back the Trench Covers :
Termination of following sizes above Laid Additional/New Control Cables for Commissioning of the above 40 MVA Transformer as per site Requirement :
Interconnection and Termination of above Laid Control Cables including Making necessary Holes in Gland Plates or Boxes where ever Required by Providing and Fixing of Cable Glands duly made of Brass of Appropriate sizes, Ferrules and Nos. for each Core of Cable and Crimping type Lugs of Dowell / Tension make as per Cable Schedule of 40 MVA 132/33KV Transformer, its RTCC Panel, Cooling Fans, Marshalling Box, OLTC Driving Mechanism, C&R Panel etc. at both ends. The Work shall include Preparation of Interconnection Drawing, Commissioning of the Transformer in Co-ordination with the Departmental T&C Team and Providing a Soft Copy and 2 Sets of Hard Copies of the Cable Schedule and as Executed Interconnection Drawing.

Supply of PG clamp dully made of LM-6 Aluminum Alloy suitable for ACSR Moose to ACSR Moose Conductor complete with 16x90 mm GI Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain washers as per sample.
Supply of PG clamp dully made of LM-6 Aluminum Alloy suitable for ACSR Panther to ACSR Panther Conductor complete with 16x90 mm GI Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain washers as per sample.
Supply of 5 No., U-Bolted type Double Tension Fitting Assembly without Turn Buckle, suitable for Twin/Bundle ACSR Moose Conductors & 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete with Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Link, Yoke Plate,Tens. Clamp etc.
Supply of 5 No. U-Bolted type Single Tension Fitting Assembly without Turn Buckle, suitable for Single ACSR Panther Conductors & 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete with Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Link, Yoke Plate, Tension Clamp etc.

Erection of Lattice type main & auxiliary structures, their respective beams as per drawing/BOM is to be carried out by contractor. All the duly stacked members of structure are to be shifted from store to work site, tightening of nuts, bolts, washers, fastening of beams applying standard practice. Beams are to be fastened on the proper alignment with existing columns including cost of all labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
Erection of equipments in proper alignment and with complete adjustment in switchyard on the erected structures as per manufacturers drawing or as per direction of supervising engineer, after leveling including shifting the equipments from store to working site etc. along with their junction boxes, control cubicles, and accessories and all related works to complete the erection work. All required T&P, skilled labours, crane/Hydra etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Making of shielding Mesh for 132 KV LAs by Fabrication of 3 Meter long Electrodes with 36 mm dia M.S. Rod Bar having 150 mm long Conical shape and then its Piercing Vertically in the Ground with Top 500 mm below Ground Level, Jointing the Electrodes with 75x10 mm size M.S. Flat by Welding for making of Mesh, Connecting the Shielding Mesh with Main Earth Mat at 2 Places and finally, Painting of the Shielding Mesh/Earthing Strips with Anti-Corrosive Paint with due Digging of Earth/Trench & its Back Filling.
Laying, tensioning and Stringing of All three phases of 132 KV Main Bus having section length 12 Meter with Double ACSR Moose Conductor along with fixing of suitable Bolted type Tension/Suspension fittings, making of Insulator string by jointing 120KN Porcelain Discs (10 Nos.) as per standard practice, Hoisting of Insulator string on AXM type beams including the cost of labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
Laying, tensioning and Stringing of All three phases of 132KV Jack Bus having section length 60 Meter with Single ACSR Panther conductor along with fixing of suitable Bolted type Tension/Suspension fittings, making of Insulator string by jointing 120KN Porcelain Discs (10 Nos.) as per standard practice, Hoisting of Insulator string on AXM type beams including the cost of labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
Jumpering of Equipments of 63MVA Transformer Bay with the help of ACSR Panther Conductor to connect the Bus Bar Conductor of Main Bus & Transfer Bus with Equipments and Equipments to Equipments with the help of suitable claims/ connectors including, cutting, Bending, Shaping etc. of the Conductor as per site requirements.
Earthing of following main and auxiliary structure, equipments and Panels with the help of specified size M.S. flat along with cutting ,bending and straightening of M.S. flat to give it proper shape, painting of all type of joints, risers, strips, with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of green enamel paint in all side of surfaces as per drawing of earthing and standard practice including cost of all required consumable material, T&P, labour etc.
