Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. M & L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer i.e. HS Seal-0-Prime @0.8 ltr (Undiluted)/ 10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with Berger Pro spray 3.21 fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Complete removal of old wall/roof projections including facia, cornices etc. by scrapping with Hand held mechanical sander(having mechanical vacuum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note –Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.
