Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any description /size & in any position from existing LT pole/ Lines all as specified and directed.

Dismandling of existing unserviceable cross arms of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismandling of existing unserviceable Insulators of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft loose of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for taking out of unserviceable under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil (any type of soil obtained from excavation) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed & complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt ,sub class 'B' brick old size for cable protection incl removing of old bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed . Notes : (i) Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid separately). (ii) Thickness of 18 cms after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning in replacement of cable XLPE insulated , armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed by means of MS saddles on or fixed on poles including connection with proper lugs for 10 Sqmm 2 Core complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 1100 volt grade heavy duty single core cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed with stranded copper conductor wire FRLS of size 2 x 1.5 Sqmm and 1 x 1.5 sqmm for connection purpose, ISI marked drawing through 20mm dia PVC pipe / conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement SMC pole junction box of size 300x200x105,dust proof, water tight weight acid resistence, corrosion proof insulated and shock proof fire retardant self extingushing, halogen & silica free non-Toxic material,UV resistance (UI subject 94:V2) with internally embedded gasket size of test certificate and verification by glow wire test in accordance with IEC60695-2-11 Cat No-K8250 with 6 Amps MCB SP neutral link with three phase copper busbar 63 amps TPN connector for connection of cable of suitable size complete all as specified.

Material and labour for MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 10 KA, C-curve complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacment GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles/along wall/floor/under road/across the drain or nallah including taking up old GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacment GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles/along wall/floor/under road/across the drain or nallah including taking up old GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacment GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles/along wall/floor/under road/across the drain or nallah complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6mm connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth strip connected to test point and protected by galvanized iron light grade 50mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate and RCC cover in M-25 (Design mix) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule (Part-I) of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1.5m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.

S&F for jointing and testing LT straight through (heat shrinkable) cable end termination joint suitable for LT cable 1100 volts grade 16 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for jointing and testing LT straight through (heat shrinkable) cable end termination joint suitable for LT cable 1100 volts grade 95 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technique and necessary T&P for passing of LT/HT cables complete all as specified and directed.
