Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (above or below ground level) and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 150 mm internal dia set in cement mortar including bedding and haunching complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops, coved fillets and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked).

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of walls mixed with WPC mixed @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

Material & Labour for providing, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing at all level/ depths full round PE DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) Pipe of SN8 grade of 150mm ID as per IS-16098 (Part-2) amended upto date in trenches, fixed and joined with integral socket or coupler and EPDM sealing ring (depending on pipe ends) as per manufacturer’s instructions including testing complete as per Technical Specifications, complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and laying of instant ready mix premixed bituminous material for repairing depression on pot holes, material consisting of modified all-weather bitumen paste in liquid asphalt with chemicals, anti-stripping agents, graded aggregates & additives / granular material 5-20mm crushed stone aggregate with 5.5% of bitumen, in 25 Kg bag, laid as per manufacturer’s instructions including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed. Make: ‘ShaliPatch’ of STP Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : The unit of measurement and payment purpose is ‘Per Bag’ of 25 Kg ready mix material.

Cutting and cleaning of vegetation, tree, grass and fencing above ground level for sewage line inspection & line cleaning including removal of entire debris/ vegetation outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Cutting & dismantling of existing road with soling, WBM & premix carpet of any description for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line/ sewage lines/ drain etc, and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) 150mm thick (spread thickness) in one layer with broken boulders or quarried stone (Granite, Trap, Basalt), interstices filled of grading 1 (90 to 45 mm size), surface formed, rolled and consolidated with Hand roller complete all as specified and as directed.
