Cable Laying :Supply, laying, testing and commissioning at the site of 1100 V grade, copper conductor, XLPE insulated, armoured, Flame retardant low smoke zero halogen (FRLSZH), type cables conforming to IS-7098-1 and tender technical specification following sizes: All the items / parts mentioned in relevant clauses of the technical specifications and not specifically mentioned in BOQ shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates, unless specifically excluded. The cable runs shall be measured up to the outer end of the boxes without any allowances for over lap in joints. The rate shall include all the above mentioned material, labour, etc. for laying as required. The cost includes of supports with suitable clamps, saddles, hooks, bolts etc. including the cost of proper dressing of cables, and providing identification tags at regular intervals, etc.

CABLE TRAYS (PERFORATED TYPE) : Supply & installation of Prefabricated type, perforated hot dip galvanized cable trays made of minimum 2mm thick MS sheet and shall be capable of being subject to temperature up to 500 degree centigrade for 1 hour and shall not support combustion under the same temperature. Each section of cable tray shall be electrically bonded with minimum 6 sq mm cross section area earth bonding strap. Distribution Boards: Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor, wall-mounted, metal enclosed, dead-front type MCB Distribution Boards, suitable for 415V, 3-phase, 4-wire, 50 Hz AC system, complete in all respects. Distribution Boards shall be factory-built, type-tested and shall conform to IS 8623 / IEC 61439, IS 13032, IS/IEC 60898, IS/IEC 60947, IS/IEC 61008/61009, National Electrical Code, NBC 2016 and CEA (Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, latest editions. Enclosure shall be fabricated from minimum 2.0 mm thick CRCA / electro-galvanized steel sheet, epoxy powder coated (minimum 60 microns, shade RAL 7035), with hinged, gasketed, lockable doors and minimum IP42 degree of protection. Distribution Boards shall be provided with tinned copper busbars for phases, neutral and earth, rated for full load current and short-circuit withstand capacity not less than 25 kA for 1 second, colour coded as per standards. Separate neutral and earth busbars shall be provided. Incoming shall be through FP MCCB and outgoing feeders shall be protected by SP / DP / FP MCBs of required ratings with minimum 10 kA breaking capacity, complete with minimum 20% spare ways, as specified. Complete with double earthing using GI flat 50 mm × 6 mm, removable Al gland plates (minimum 3mm thick) , internal FRLSZH copper wiring, terminations, mounting accessories and all associated works as specified and mentioned in technical specifications.
