Selection of Consultant for End-to-End Bid Process Management to Select an Operator for Commercial Complex Building at Singasandra, Bengaluru of KRIDL

Experience of having provided transaction advisory services to Government Authorities (including Center, State, PSUs, SPVs appointed by the Government, etc.) for at least three (three) successfully completed projects for selection of developer or O and M operator of project cost not less than Rs.100 Crores in the last 5 (five) years preceding the last date for submission of proposals out of which at least one project shall be a Commercial development project (retail, malls, office complexes, hotels, business parks, convention centers).Successfully completed shall mean that the Concession Agreement with the selected developer/operator should have been successfully executed. Project Cost shall mean the project cost formally adopted by the Authority at the time of issuance of the Letter of Award (LoA) or equivalent award, excluding land cost.

The Bidder should have demonstrable experience within the last five (5) years preceding the last date for submission of proposals in providing Consulting Services in the areas of Real Estate/ Asset Monetization/ Housing Infrastructure to Central/State Government Departments, Union Territories, or PSUs

The Bidder should possess one or more of the following certifications: SEI CMMi Level 5, ISO 27000 & ISO 9001

Key Personnel:Team Leader,MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent with at least 15 years of experience.Procurement Expert,Minimum 8 years of experience in providing consultancy services with Government clients (Government of India / State Governments / PSUS).Senior Consultant,Masters degree/ MBA or equivalent Should have over 8 years of work experience

Approach & Methodology:- To be submitted along with the Technical Proposal to assess the adequacy, robustness, and clarity of the proposed work plan and methodology in meeting the Terms of Reference (TOR) requirements.
