Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil lift upto all height, stacking the excavated soil not more then 3 mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(One cement :Five sand : Ten graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face C.I. rain water pipe 100mm dia including fitting the joint with spun yarn and cement mortar 1:2( 1 cement : 2 sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of bricks/concrete /stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth cement mortar 1:4 (One cement: four sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of precast concrete SFRC manhole cover with internal frame & cover system conforming to IS specifications code-12592-Part-I & II with latest amendments having size of 560mm internal dia complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of bavelled ended MSERW pipe with circumfrential butt welded joints( 94%) & flanged joint (6%) by electrical arc welding ( welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) of following dia meter & wall thickness confirming to IS/ISO: 3183-2007 of steel grade L-210 or A ( latest with upto date amendments) and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 5.5 to 6.5 meters, i/c manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall also include welding of flanged joints, where ever required duly welded in three layers ( two inner one outer) and all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees, making bevelled pipe ends suitable for butt welding, lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge ( Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately). The pipes shall be factory galvanized ( zinc coating both inside and ouside) as per relevent IS standards and the damamged portion of the pipes and other specials( if damaged during laying jointing operation of pipe) made from the parent tube, shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing, DP test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts.
