Taking out the two nos. vacuum regulator from the gaseous chlorination sysytem after disconnecting all lines and connections and dismantling the same part by part and cleaning washing with proper cleaning agent to segregate serviceable & un-serviceable spares.

Taking out two nos. scale controller assembly from the gaseous chlorination sysytem after disconnecting all lines and connections and dismantling the same part by part and cleaning washing with proper cleaning agent to segregate serviceable & un-serviceable spares.

Supply and delivery of following spares for ejector: Chlorine pressure guage (0-16kg/sqcm)

1/2" Threaded forged steel ball valve

1/2" PVC Double Union Ball valve

1/2" PVC Socket

1/2" PVC Tee

1/2" PVC Pipe Sch. 80 (3 mtr)

1/2" PVC Elbow

Scale Controller Repair kit (0-4kg/hr) (Make: Evoqua)

Vacuum Regulator Repair kit (0-4 kg/hr) (Make: Evoqua)

Lead Gasket (G-111)

Re-assembling the two nos. vacuum regulator assemblies after necessary repairing with newly supplied spares as mentioned in Sl. No. 3.11 , and re-connecting all lines and connections, all complete as per direction.

Re-assembling the two nos. scale controller assemblies after necessary repairing with newly supplied spares as mentioned in Sl. No. 3.10 , and re-connecting all lines and connections, all complete as per direction.

Fitting fixing the newly supplied Chlorine Pressure guage as mentioned in sl.no. 3.01 along with fitting the valves for the guages as mentioned in sl.no. 3.02 after taking out the old un-serviceable pressure guages.

Repairing the PVC pipe line with all the newly supplied spares as mentioned in sl.no. 3.03-3.09 and re-connecting all lines and connections.

Thorough servicing of the gas line along with servicing of the liquid trap after taking out from the system and cleaning washing with proper cleaning agent and re-fitting fixing the same to the system.

Add GST @ 18%
