Rewinding of Alternator stator of 320KVA, 415V. 3 phase Diesel Generator set by using same gauge copper winding wire with F Class insulation duly removing damaged winding of stator thoroughly cleaning the complete stator petrol / chemical wash, drying, varnishing, baking etc., duly testing commissioning including with all labour, tools & tackles, material and to & fro transportation loading and unloading etc., as directed by Engineer in charge.

A) Terminal kit servicing & supply and fixing of damaged bus bar.

B) Supply and fixing of bearings

C) Rotor servicing

Rewinding and Reconditioning of following capacity 415 Volts. 3 phases Alternator with new super enamelled copper winding with F class insulation material duly cleaning, varnishing, baking etc., duly testing and commissioning including with all labour, materials, tools and tackles and to & pro transportation, loading and unloading etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge. A) 10 KVA

Rewinding and Reconditioning of Exciter stator of the following capacity 415 Volts. 3 phases Alternator with new super enamelled copper winding with F class insulation material duly cleaning, varnishing, baking etc., duly testing and commissioning including with all labour, materials, tools and tackles and to & pro transportation, loading and unloading etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge. A) 50 KVA

Rewinding and Reconditioning of stator of capacity 415 Volts. 3 phases Alternators of stator thoroughly cleaning the complete stator petrol / chemical wash, drying, varnishing baking etc., and overhauling and reconditioning of main field, exciter and exciter field by jet washing / cleaning drying, varnishing, baking etc., duly testing and commissioning including with all labour, materials, tools and tackles and to & pro transportation, loading and unloading etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge. A) 50 KVA

Rewinding and Reconditioning of following Submersible pump sets with good quality PVC insulated copper winding wire of same size of existing one duly removing the defective winding, cleaning etc., and replacement of bush bearings etc., including assembling and dismantling, to & pro transportation with all labour and materials, tools & tackles as directed by the Engineer in charge. A) 2-3 HP

Rewinding and Reconditioning of following squirrel cage induction motor with suitable size / gauge of super enamel copper conductor with 'F' class insulation material, cleaning slots providing necessary insulation, varnishing, baking etc., including replacement of all old bearings, assembling of motor, testing and commissioning including all labour, materials, tools and tackles and to & pro transportation as directed by the Engineer in charge. a) 3-5 HP
