SPECIAL REPAIRS OF UNSV CHARPOY GI PIE WITH NYLON NEWAR TO CHARPOY GI PIE PLYWOOD TOP UNDER AGE(I) (A) JAMNAGAR

Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm and tightening the frame and making it suitable for fixing plywood top and providing 12mm thick commercial plywood ISI marked BWR type bu using 3 number stiffner made out of MS Flat 40x4mm thick 900 mm long to be provided at the different point with 6mm dia 65mm long nut and bolt with washers, (Total 10 Nos) including drilling 03 Nos holes on each long rails and 02 Nos holes on short rails and stiffeners including two coat of synthetic enemel paint over one coat red oxide primer . All as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Making of long rails &Fixing 32 mm dia medium grade long rail including threading for GI Charpoy (FD-220) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- GI Pipe 32 mm dia will be issued under Sch B free for fixing.

Making of short rails for GI Charpoys 32mm dia made out of from broken long rails obtained from Srl Item No 2 above including cutting & threading rails all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Making of Legs for GI Charpoys 32 mm dia made out from broken short rails obtained from Srl Item No 3 here in before including cutting & threading and providing of 5mm thick MS Plate of dia 50mm at bottom of legs be welding and duly applying two coat of synthetic enamel black paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repirs 32 mm dia medium grade GI elbow three ways.ISI make (wt not less than 415 gms)

Supply & Fixing in repaires 32 mm dia 6mm thick check nut.
