Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Designing of theme/traditional folk art painting on wall, underpass / flyover and likely area of different themes as approved by Engineer-in-Charge with water based enamel paint upto all height (by scaffolding/Hydra), including preparing the surface of wall smooth by plaster work, scraping of existing surface and applying an under coat of cement based wall putty etc. all complete. Scope of work includes Scope of work:-

(i) Designing of theme/traditional folk art painting on wall, underpass / flyover and likely area of different themes as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Preparing the surface of wall smooth with putty etc. complete. (iii) All scaffolding etc. complete. (iv) All T & P, electricity, water etc. shall be arranged by contractor himself. (v) Work shall be executed after approval of design of wall paintings by competent authorities.
