Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description including racking and joint hacking for key scrubing down with water etc and disposing the rubbish out of site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick / stone work built in cement mortar including all quions, pillars etc. and disposing the rubbish out of site of work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble stone masonry, un-coursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.06 here-in-above but except stones ( Old dismantlled serviceable stones obtained from Srl item No. 2 shall be reused after cleaning of mortar).

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / stone masonary or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without usnig extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying to coat of cement base paint. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains bed, made to required shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Extra forming fair finish drain or channel 30cm girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including form work complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 12 here in above but Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 dia Low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 as in weepholes in RCC retaining wall complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.
