Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 200 KVA DG Set at Kallada HEP, Thenmala, Kollam District, Kerala

Part A ( Supply)

Supply: Supply of 200KVA 160KW AC 3 Phase 4 wire 415V, 1500RPM, 0.8 PF,50Hz silent liquid cooled Diesel captive Generator Unit comprising of Cummins /Catter pillar/ Kirloskar/equivalent Engine coupled directly to Stamford/ ESCON/ Kirloskar/ KEL/ BHEL/ equivalent Alternator mounted on a rigid bed plate with suitable Acoustic enclosure as per CPCB IV+ with standard control panel (without AMF) as per specifications, battery leads and fuel tank of suitable capacity as per the specification mentioned under the chapter Technical Specifications

Testing: Testing of 200KVA 3ph Diesel Generator Including POL i.e. HSD oil and lub. oil for diesel engine for testing for 12 hours i/c 1hr of 10% overloading at OEA/ OEM works and POL i.e. HSD oil and lub. oil for3 Hours of operation (including trial run for 2 Hrs) at site at available load.

Part B (Installation)

Unloading & Errection: Unloading, errection of new 200kva DG as per the inspectorate standards and dismandling and transporting old DG, fuel tank as per site engineer's instructions (distance note more than 500mtrs.)

Exhaust Pipes: Supply, erection, commissioning of additinal length of exhaust pipes with necessary clamps, fixtures and painted with heat resistant aluminium paint. Fixing shall be done with proper clamps, support angle of size 40 X 40 X 06 mm etc.

Earth Conductors: Supply and Laying 25x3mm bare CU earthing strips. Replacing the existing earth pit if necessary.

Interlocking in ACDP: Supply and installation of 400A, 4P SFU in exsisting AC Distribution Board and interlock with ACBs of auxilary supply and necessary cable re-laying works.

Documentation Work: Preparation of all Doccuments & drawings submitting and getting approval from Electrical Inspectorate & Submition of Completion certificates and arranging inspection, getting sanction and energisation certificates from Electrical Inspectorate.
