M&L for preparing old rusted surface of steel tubular pole by means of sand paper/scrubing of dust etc and apply one coat of red oxide on surface of Metalic poles and applying two coats of silver paint on Pole and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 100 mm high letters over 150x150 mm blue base complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement thermoplastic cable junction box for street lights of size 205 x 255 x 112mm including bus bar/terminal for cable connection with IP-66 protection including taking down old unsv box complete all as specified and directed Make : Hensel Cat No.DK 2525 G or its equivalent in Legrand/sintex.

Supply and fixing in replacement cable three core flexible twiested copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing, in replacement XLPE cable, insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core, in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed to wall / pole and duct etc, including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 35 sq. mm, 3.5 core nominal cross section in service connections including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 95 sq. mm, 3.5 core nominal cross section in service connections including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for DWC pipe of 50 mm dia for electrical ducting laid in trenches and jointed including necessary jointing material, tees/ union/ socket etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for DWC pipe of 63 mm dia for electrical ducting laid in trenches and jointed including necessary jointing material, tees/ union/ socket etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting & removing existing joint and supply, jointing and testing straight through Hot shrinkable cable joint including all materials and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE cable of 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 16 sq mm to 50 sq mm. Make: 3M/Denson/Raychem RPG Note : Excavation and Earthwork shall be measured &paid seperately.

All as per here-in-above but 70 sq mm to 150 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode in 60 cm x 60 cmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to and including GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer light grade 40 mm dia GI protection pipe and connected to equipment, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm dia for watering an including funnel wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC 1;2:4 type B-1 including Rocksalt, charcoal, excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil shown as plate No 3 of SSR Part - I 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted shall deemed to have included for GI protection pipe, GI earth strip up to 7.5 mtr, GI water pipe, wire mesh , funnel , excavation, RCC pit cover complete.

Supplying and laying in replacement synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB, 63 Amps, four pole, 16 KA, 415 volt adjustable type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB, 100 Amps, four pole, 16 KA, 415 volt adjustable type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB, 160 Amps, four pole, 36 KA, 415 volt adjustable type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MCCB, 250 Amps, four pole, 36 KA, 415 volt adjustable type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Site Clearance, cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, Scrubs, brush wood, under growth roots…etc in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, pipes, RCC poles / stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming levelled bottom surface all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 60 watt LED street light, compact and aesthetic aluminium powder coated housing with precise street optics lense, IP66 fix on existing bracket and connection to existing electric network including taking down the unsv old light complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Wipro Cat No lr-13-671-XXX-57-XX or Bajaj/HPL/Philips/GE or equivalent.

S&F in replacement of Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium housing, IP66,70W LED flood light,suitable for highlighting architectural facade and general purpose lighting including taking down the old unsv fittings. of make Havells , 50 Hz. Incl IP 65 as per existing at site. Make :- Havells, Item Description-JETAADORNFLS70WLED757SSYMTOTG or CG/Philips/HPL./Syska or equivalent.

Servicing of DG set ('C' Check) of Cap 25 KVA by Rep of authorised service centre as per manufacturer manual and checking of fuel supply system, Lubrication system, cooling system, battery ignition system and rectification of defect if any and including replacement of following, complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Lub oil filter. (b) Lubrication oil. (c) Fuel filter. (d) Coolent top up. Make of DG set: TATA Powerlux.
