Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 50mm average thickness including labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect: SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer including labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including supply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane :3 mm thick including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three [email protected] litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand). including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase including labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,(i) Single socketed 75mm diameter pipes including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. 75 mm Bend including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying 1.2 mm thick EPDM (Ethyle Pethyle Desmodor Monomar) water proofing mambrane along with surface preparation by Mechanical grinder over construction joints/ expansion joint along with applying 1st coat of primer followed by one coat of adhesive for EPDM on the Surface and rubber membrane including Supply of the all material labour T&P etc, also Including treatment of construction /expansion joints.

Treatment to cracks by using polyurethane base single component permanently elastic joint sealent of Groove size (7.5mmx12.5mm) Including cost of all material, Labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Surface Preparation remove Algae Fungi and hydro jetting as per standard Operating Procedure provided by the manufecturer (as per technical Specification) including cost of all labour, material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supplying and engaging unskilled labour with all T&P etc. as per requirement for attending miscellaneous works for full day as per direction of the Engineer in Charge for proper completion of the work .

Supplying and engaging one suitable and experienced Painter/Carpenter/Plumber with all T&P etc. for attending miscellaneous repair work for full day as per direction of the Engineer in Charge for proper completion of the work .

Removal of debris /waste material/ any other material/rubbish on road side/ park /dust bin and from any other location by full load tractor trolly within the specified colonies as desired by the Engineer-in- charge & safe disposal of the same out side the colony area. including cost of all labour T& P etc required for proper loading/unloading and disposal of waste or any other material required for the proper completion of the work.
