Providing Architectural and Engineering consultancy services for construction of G+4 i/c Basement building, offices and other things as per requirement of client & department i/c Preparation of Preliminary Sketches/drawings, Detailed Architectural Working Drawings (all Drawings related to interior, furniture’s & Services of plumbing, sewerage, electrical, fire, drainage, land scaping all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge) along with all required services including, Internal& bulk Services (Civil and E&M), HVAC, Power wiring, Telephone wiring, Lighting Protection, Fire Fighting System, Audio & Audio Visual System, Acoustics Treatment, Interior Design, Roads and Hard standings, Effluent/Sewage Disposal, Water Supply, Storm Drainage, External Electrification, Landscaping works / Potted Plants etc. and as per the functional requirements given by PWD Authorities, carrying out detailed Geotechnical investigation, topographical/ site survey & others including preparation& supplying of data/ drawings, Local body approvals, BOQ & Tender documents till approval from competent authority of PWD all as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Details of rough requirements mentioned at Page No. 54 to 56 of NIT).
