IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Technical bid containing all the relevant documents of tender in pdf format with minimum

200 dpi or higher resolution to be submitted through ONLINE process on (n) Procure. No

documents (except cover for Tender Fee and EMD) will be accepted in offline mode or hard

copy”. If submitted, same will be ignored.

2. Tender received after due date & time of submission shall not be accepted/opened

irrespective of delay due to postal services or any other reasons. GSECL shall not be

responsible for late receipt of the tender.

3. In case of payment made through DD/Pay order/ Bank Guarantee (Note: Bank

Guarantee may be applicable in case of EMD), the scanned copy of original document

must be uploaded on (on (n) Procure) and original copy of the same must be submitted

in cover of TF/EMD as per NIT).

4. Tender Fee will be accepted by Demand Draft on Bank of Baroda, Ukai Branch in favor of

the Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd. or NEFT/RTGS, Earnest Money Deposit will

be accepted DD/Pay order/Bank Guarantee or by any other means accepted by our A/C

section. Cheque or FDR will not be accepted.

Speed post only. Otherwise the offer will not be considered or ignored and no any

further communication in the matter will be entertained.

7. The details like Tender No., EMD, Name of bidder etc. should be match on both On -

line offer (on (n) Procure) e-tendering) and submitted documents of EMD details. Any

deviation found in Data/Details/Documents between On-line offer (e-tendering) and

submitted documents of EMD details will not be considered and no any further

communication in the matter will be entertained.

8. The exemption in payment of Tender Fee and EMD shall be given as per Eligibility

criteria outlined at clause no. 7(h) of ITB.

9. Any deviation found in Data / Details / Documents between on line offer (e -

by bidder should be on company’s letter head with duly signed and stamped seal of firm.
