Standard installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5 TR/2.00 TR capacity High Wall Split Air Conditioner in/c filling up/ repairing of cement mortar, painting of drilled portions by providing, scaffolding if required as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of additional length of copper pipe of suitable diameter for suction and liquid line with installation and necessary wiring between indoor and outdoor unit beyond the standard length.

Fabrication of M.S. platform for placement of condensing unit by using M.S. angle of (50x50x5) mm size base plate, nuts & bolts/cradle of suitable sizes i/c painting, fitting, fixing grouting by cement mixer as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing hard PVC pipe of best quality of 0.5"diameter including necessary clamping and fitting for draining of condensate water from indoor unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and connecting Electric Control cables between MCB to indoor/outdoor. A) 3C X 2.5 Sq. mm Copper Cable.

Providing of 4.00 TR to 4.50 TR(not less than 12000 Kcal/hr) , floor mounted Vertical AC ,with inverter compressor technology operating on R-22,R-410/non CFC equivalent refrigerants, operating on 3 phase AC supply, floor mounted indoor units complete with filters, DX cooling coils, connected to DX cooilng units & condenser coils of copper made, remote control units capable of performing a) Cooling b) de-humidifying c) Air Circulation d) Filtering etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Installlation & Commisssioning of 3.00 TR /4.00 TR/4.50 TR Vertical Split AC unit with vaccumising, nitogen pressure testing, first charge of refrigerant including providing of refrigerant & suitable cable connection from MBC to outddor/indoor etc( upto 3 .00 M) complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & installation of Hard drawn Copper pipe with insulation for vertical Split AC as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 3/4 " OD/applicable OD based on manufacturer guideline etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & installation of Hard drawn Copper pipe with insulation for vertical Split AC as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 1/2 " OD/applicable OD based on manufacturer guideline etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fitting fixing of VI Pad for outdoor unit for vertical Split AC as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , fitting & fixing of Cradle /suitable structure(Base) made of M.S angle of ( 65 X 65 X 6 ) mm nuts and bolts etc including painting , fitting fixing , grouting for placement of outdoor unit complete for vertical Split AC as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , fitting & fixing of suitable structure(Base) made of M.S angle of ( 65 X 65 X 6 ) mm nuts and bolts etc including painting , fitting fixing , grouting for placement of indoor unit complete for vertical Split AC as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fitting fixing of electric control cable(5 core) suitable for connection between MCB to Outdoor unit/ indoor unit etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 5C X 4.0 Sq Mm copper cable.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. 8.46.2 Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.
