Repairs to the damaged CGI shed at LIS Sagipora by way of: a. Disengaging of CGI sheet from angle iron and straightening of reusable angle iron and CGI sheets. b. Refitting of existing CGI sheets over roof frame work using J-hooks bolts / washers complete in all respects. c. Strengthening of side structure and roof of shed by way of welding works, providing and fitting of additional angle iron, CGI sheets to make it sturdy against snow load and wind force the details of which are : ISA 40×40×05 mm, length 20 feet ×02 no= 36 kg . Providing and fitting of new 10feet × 2.5 feet (06 no.), 26 gauge CGI sheets including their fitting cutting using J-hooks bolts / washers complete in all respects. The above job includes cost on account of welding set, DG set, oxy acetylene gas cutter, skilled cum non skilled labour, carriage charges, material charges, unforeseen items, all tools and tackles required for complete execution of job in all respects at site.
Providing and fitting of 50 mm dia PVC hose pipe (20m) for suction of priming pump with allied brass adjustable clamps (02 no.) and PVC footvalve.
Shifting of 200 A OCB from LIS Zandabatti to LIS Sagipora and Repairs to the same by way of providing and fitting of Cu contact points both fixed and movable. The job also includes replacing severely eroded contact points wherever necessary. The job also includes setting right the locking mechanism of OCB by way of repairs to linkage mechanism including replacement of worn out links with new ones. The job also includes providing and fitting of magnetic trip coil 415-volt AC, overload coils to OCB as per requirement and then testing on full load at site. The job also includes topping with T-oil upto required level.
Repairs to the 350 mm rising by way of welding works using superior quality welding electrodes in two coats of circumferential weld including earth excavation as per site requirement.
Providing of Double ended spanner (06 to 32) of Taparia Make or equivalent.
Providing Double ended chrome plated ring spanner set(06 to 32) of Taparia Make or equivalent
providing of 450 cc heavy duty grease gun lever type of Taparia Make or equivalent.
