Platform cutting: Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) for construction of platform in all types of soil, including filling and rolling of available serviceable earth upto desired density including disposal of surplus excavated earth within a lead as direct by site Engineer Incharge .

Earth work in excavation for all kinds of soil, by manual / mechanical means in trenches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables, etc: not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan, including disposal of excavated earth up to a lead as directed by site engineer incharge, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed including setting out.

Providing and laying of soling stone size on level (hand packed ) watering ramming complete below Foundation& rooms including carriage with cost and carriage complte.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) PCC below Foundation& rooms-Mudmat including carriage and cost.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage and cost.

Filling in plinth etc in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each layer by rammng, watering complete job with cost and carriage complete. a) Available earth filling in trenches.

b) Sand filling under flooring in rooms.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage and cost.

Providing and laying in position specified grades of reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade in beams, slabs, walls(any thickness) including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, filets, columns, , stairs,pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. using 20mm thick crushed stone agg. Excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work upto roof level with cost and carriage .

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending, binding & placing in position all complete. HYSD reinforcement of grade Fe-500D steel bars at all levels with cost and carriage .

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for with cost and carriag complete with cost and carriage a) oundation,Footings and bases of Columns etc. :-

Providing first class deodar wood work in frames of doors, window, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with cost and carriage .

Providing & fixing 40X5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts nuts and wooden plugs embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 1:3:6 mix with cost and carriage .

Proving and fixing first class kail wood glazed shutters 35 mm thick for windows and clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4mm thk) glass panes including ISI mark bright finished butt hinges with necessary screws with cost and carriage.

Providing & fixing 35mm thk First class kail wood wire gauze shutters using galvaned M.S wire gauze of av. Width for aperture 1.4mm with wire of dia.0.63mm for windows & clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished butt hinges with necessary screws and required size of beading etc complete with cost and carriage complete.

Providing & fixing 35mm thk ISI marked Flush door shutters non decorative type solid core of block board construction with frame of first class hard wood all around, 20mm thick & well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces including bright finished ISI marked butt hinges with necessary screws with cost and carriage .

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vitrified channels 20x10x2 mm and braced with falt iron diagonals 20x5 mm size with with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm with 40 mm thick dia, steel pulleys complete with bolts,nuts,locking arrangements , stoppers,,handles, incld applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing 5mm thick float glass panes (for fixed portion) with necessary kail wood beadings (35mmx12 mm) and nails complete incld cost and crriage complete.

15mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 Cement:6 fine sand) on all surfaces including cost and carriage of all material.

Preoviding and applying cemernt based wall putty of required thickness over plastered surface to prepar thr surface even on smooth incl. preparing the surface( Brilla make) incl.all cost and carrte.

Providing And applying readxy mix pink or rgrey primer( One or more coat) of approved brand and manufacture on new wood work incl.cost and carrag complete,

Painting with synethick emnal paint of approved brand and manufactiure to given even shade two or more coats on new wood work .

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles flooring(600mmx600mm) size over 20mm avg.thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile with base of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including cost of cement and curing

Providing & fixing 1st qulaity ceramic glazed tiles(450x300 mm) size of approved make like NITCO,JOHNSON, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, riser of steps and dodos over 12mm thick bed of cement motor 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Ceramic Tiles (walls/ floors ) with cost and carriage.

50mm cement cone. Flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregrate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement with cost and carriage .

Providing and fixing 18 mm miror fininshed granite sheets best quality over stairs and sinilar locations of required size of approved shade, colour & texture laid over 20mm thk base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand) and joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigments, epoxy touch ups incld necessar nosing with cost and carriage.

Providing and fixing of stainless steel railing of 304 Grade of height upto 36” to stairs, landings etc including vertical and horizontal members and hand rails of 50mm dia as per approved Pattern including cutting of granite/floors and fastening with led grouting with cost and carriage .

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth with cost and carriage .

Chequerred Terrzo tiles 22mm thick with gradet marble chips of size up to 6mm in floolrs jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile incld rubbing,polishing and conplete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 mix (1 cement:4 coarse) light shade using w hite cement incld cost and carriage.

Supply and fixing of 2 mm thick unbreakable 20/25 mm dia PVC conduit as per the approved layout and design incld necessary sadles, bends other fixing material complete in RCC slab during concreting incld making good damages if occurred during the execution of concreting.

Supply and fixing of cast iron deep junction 65 mm dia with iron lid complete in RCC slab during execution of concreting.

Supply and fixing of fan junction boxes with G.I box frame and iron complete in Rcc work.

Providing and fixing of expansion jiont system related with floor locations as per drawings and directions of Engineer-In-Charge.The jionts system will be extruded aluminium base members, self -aligning /self centering arrangement and support plates etc as per ASTM B221-022. The syestem be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical locations in load applications areas that accomodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components .system shall consists of metal profiles with a universal almunium base member designed to accomodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments.The cover plate shall have designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacture's pre-engineered self-centering arrangements that freely rotates /moves. The sel-centering arrangements that shall exibit circular sphere ends that locks and slide inside the corresponding aluminium extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions incld vertical displacement.Provision of Moisture Barrier membrane in the jiont system to have watertight joint in mandatory requirements all as per the manufactures design and as pproved by Engineer in Charge(material confirm to ASTM 6063).

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portions of WCS,Bathrooms etc by applying cement slurry mixed with profing cement compound cosisting of applying: (a) First layer of surry of cement 0.488kgs/Sqm mixed with water profing cement Compound 0.253kgs/sqmt .This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b):second layer of slurry of cement @0.242kgs/Sqmt mixed with water proofing cement compound @0.126kg/sqmt .This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours .The rate includes prepartion of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masoury with polymer mixed slurry.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats onnew work.
