Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The intending bidder should have in last five years i.e from 202122 to 202526 satisfactorily completed at least 90PERCNT of the contract value as a prime contractor at least one similar nature of work such as Improvements to Tank of value not less than 50PERCNT of the estimate value of amount put to tender i.e Rs 144Lakhs.The Work done certificates obtained from the officer not below rank of Executive Engineer should be uploaded.The work done value of the previous year shall be updated to present price level of 202627 at 10PERCT per annum

The annual turnover of intending bidder shall not be less than the two times the amount put to tender i.e Rs575.00.00 Lakhs in any two financial years during the last 5 years i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26 in all Classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly showing with UDIN i.e Unique Document Identification Number along with income tax return should be uploaded. The turnover of previous years will be updated to the present value of the year 2026-27 giving weightage of 10% for each previous year turnover value
