Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated /un saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth more than 3mtr.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the usable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 ½ :3(1cement:1 ½ sand:3graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including all leads and lifts:

Foundation footing, bases of columns etc.

Column, pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level

suspended floors, roofs, landing shelve and their supports balconies beams,girders bressumers and centilevers upto floor two level

P/L C.C. 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 Sand; 4 stone Agg. 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and RCC work in stair case.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Foundation footing, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Flat surface such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts

Providing & Laying mild /tor steel reinforcement for RCC. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

1st class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 Sand ) including crriage of materials in all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Ist class Half brick work using common burnt clay building brick in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4) complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wood work of first class deodar wood in frames of doors, windows, clear storeys, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position complete including carriage of material complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wood paneled glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clear story 40mm thick windows and clear story 40mm thick windows including bright finished black enameled iron with necessary screws with second class deodar wood 40mm thick complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wire guage shutters using galvanised using MS wire guage of IS guage designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm for doors windows and clear storey windows including bright finished black enameled iron hinges with necessary screw first class deordar wood 40mm thick including carriage of material complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawiplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
