OUT SOURCING STP 250 KLD AND MAINTENANCE OF STP AT OMQ AREA AT VSN NAGPUR

Outsourcing and maintenance of MBBR based sewage treatment plant capacity 250 KLD at OMQ area VSN, for operatng the pump set, blowers and filtrers, treated water pump, and all connected equipments to main tain the required parameters of treated effluent in all respects, in one shifts (for each shift of 08 hrs one shifts) by skilled personal 01 nos in each shifts of 08 hrs per day (first shift i.e 08 hrs to 1600 hrs), including sunday and holidays making the arrangement for reliver the operator shall properly record the log book & cleaning of installlatin including toilet is the responsibility of contractor complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Log Book, Log Sheet & Chemical Consumption records shall be in contractor scope (Contractor will provide chlorine testing kit and OT solution for testing of water and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item.

(b) Contractor shall be responsible for security for the primises on round the clock basis if any losses/damages occured at the primises the same shall be born by conmtractor.

(c) Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the safety personal protective eqipments to their manpoer deployed for safe operation, prices for safety PPE's like Gas Mask, Helmet, Apron, Hand gloves, Electrical Safety Equipments & Safety shoes shall be included in contractor scope.

(d) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of material & labour for the following also:-

(i) Routene maintence of pump sets including motor as per manufacturer's instruction

(ii) Routine maintenance of one number main LT panel with motor starter for pump sets. (Item No. 01 Contd//….)

(iii) Checking of proper functioning of star delta starter for pump sets and replacements of minor spare parts.

(iv) Checking the foot valve of pump sets and rectify the defects

(v) Routine maintenence of dosing system.

(vi) Replacement of foot valve jeep leather and repair to any leakage in suction pipe line and header pipe line in pump house premises.

(vii) Maintenance and operation of all filter plants including all valve's including repair and gland packing.

(viii) Testing of water with water testing kit for maintaining the required.parameter

(ix) The minimum qualification of the staff to be employed by the contractor will have minimum ITI passed for skilled and 10th passed for semiskilled.

(x) Maintaining the daily running record of pump and entering in log sheet register (log sheet to be provided by the contractor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(xi) In case of any staff is found absent from the duty, no payment will be made for that shift and penalty of double the quoted rate will be made from RAR / Final Bill.

(xii) Any damage to machinery/equipment due to wrong handling, will be the responsibity of the contractor and the damage shall be completely rectified to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

(xiii) Attendence register for personnel employed by the contractor to be maintained and produced to EIC at the time of payment(RAR)

(xiv) To provided additional manpower for rectification of major problems

(xv) All types of T&P required for day to day requirements shall be provide by the contractor

(xvi) All types of transportation if required for handling materials /equipts etc shall be provided by the contractor

(xvii) All types of fire equipts provided in all the installations shall be maintained and operated properly

(xviii) All electrical fittings and fixtures to be maintained and contractor shall be responsible for any damage

(xix) All types of water tanks including flushing tanks shall be maintained

(xx) All installations to be kept neat and clean all the time and security checks to be carried out daily

(xxi) Uniform to be maintained for employes for workingin O&M of STP

(xxii) All safety equipments such as breathing apparatus, safety belts, air hose respiratory, portable lighting equipments, driversuit etc working hazardous condition to be provided by contractor (Item No. 01 Contd//….)

(xxiii) First Aid Box with basic medicines to be kept in main installation by the contractor as directed

(xxix) Misuse of electricity and water to be penalised and effective recovery will be made by the department

Testing of treatd water sample collected from vayusena nagar nagpur and testing report required from through reputed laboratory/Regional Public Health laboratory IN Nagpur as per BIS -10500:2012 for sewage treated water are required folowing test: - Parameter for waste treated water quality: - BOD - MG/L- <10 ; COD - MG/L <150 ; TSS - MG/L <10 ; COLI FORM COUNT COUNTS/100ML ; RESIDUAL CHLORINE >1.0.

SEWAGE TRANSFER MONOBLOCK CENTRIFUGAL SELF PRIMING PUMP (HORIZANTAL TYPE):- M&L for opening pump set monoblock centrifugal self priming of flow capacity 1.5kw/2 hp with head of 18mtr and 50 hz and 2200 rpm any make from motor coupling after isolating the electric and pipeing connections opening the pump set for repair/overhauling & proper alignment of shaft etc including replacing the items with new items given vide item below, reassemblying the pumpset greasing connecting, testing and commissioning complete including necessary Lath works all as specified at 250 KLD STP at AF Vayusena Nagar. Taking down electric motor 7.5kw 415 volt coupled to compressor after disconnecting the electrical connection, and earth connections from its foundation and transportation to work shop opening carefully the rotor and stator winding and cleaning and removing all dust and dirt carefully ,warnishing the stator to enhance the insulation level, baking, drying complete, greasing on reassemblying the motor to reinstallation on foundation, reconnecting back the cable and earth connections etc complete in all respect and starting the pump all as directed.

Taking down electric motor 7.5kw/10 hp HP 415 volt coupled to Treated water pump with motor after disconnecting the electrical connection, and earth connections from its foundation and transportation to work shop opening carefully the rotor and stator winding and cleaning and removing all dust and dirt carefully ,warnishing the stator to enhance the insulation level, baking, drying complete, greasing on reassemblying the motor to reinstallation on foundation, reconnecting back the cable and earth connections etc complete in all respect and starting the pump all as directed.

Taking down electric motor up to 5 kw/ 415 volt coupled to pump after disconnecting the electrical connection, and earth connections from its foundation and transportation to work shop opening carefully the rotor and stator winding and cleaning and removing all dust and dirt carefully, warnishing the stator to enhance the insulation level, baking, drying complete, greasing on reassemblying the motor to reinstallation on foundation, reconnecting back the cable and earth connections etc complete in all respect and starting the pump all as directed.

M & L for Rewinding of pump motor 415 Volt 3 phase after disconnecting electric cable and eath lead, suction and delivery pipes, shifting to work shop, dismantling the motor assembly and removing the burnt out copper winding of stator and cleaning the stator slots and core assembly, rewinding to stator with suitable gauge super enamelled copper wire with insulating papers and insulation cloths, varnishing the winding and baking heating for achieving the required insulation resistance, re-assembling the motor and testing complete, incl transporting back to site and fixing motor to its original place, reconnecting electric cable and earth leads etc testing and commissioning complete in all respect all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge for the following capacity: -

M & L for cleaning of Equalisation sewage tank for 250 KLD STP (tank size 5.0x5.0 m x 5 m water depth ) total height of tank 5 mtr by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc and throw out to not exceeding of 50 mtr from site with wire brush by applying bleaching power and fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled water including using sludge cutter pump and suction pump suitable capacity surface complete in all in as specified and directed. using acid and other suitable methods before filling as required at site all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: - Quoted rates shall include for using fresh water for cleaning & sludge cutter pump and ladder for man entring in to tank for removing of sludge from tank and de-watering will be the contractor unser his own arrangement.

Material and labour for cleaning of MBBR REACTOR TANK sewage tank size of tank 1.8x1.8 x5 m swd for 250 KLD stp by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching power and fresh water. Dismatling of old ms pipe 100 from MBBR tank and re fixing sewage pipe from MBBR to equalisation tank,cleaning inside and outside dia of pipe Using pressure jet machine. The rate shall also included dismantling cleaning, painting by black colour synthetic enamel paint of two coat and one coat of red oxide paint before applying paint. The rate also inlcuded cleaning of all air out going pipe 40 mm from air blower to sewage equalization and MBBR tanks , and applying bleaching power in to the wall surface and clean with fresh water entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled waste water including using pressure jet pump and suction pump suitable capacity complete in all respect. Note: - Quoted rates shall include for using fresh water for cleaning & sludge cutter pump for removing of sludge from tank and de-watering will be the contractor under his own scope arrangement.

Material and labour for cleaning of TUBE SETTLER TANK/ sewage tank capacity size of tank 3.8.0 mx2.2 mx2.7m swd for 250 KLD stp by cleaning entire internal surface by removing dirt, sludge etc with wire brush by applying bleaching power and fresh water and clean entire surface repeatedly with fresh water and draining out soiled water including using pressure jet pump and suction pumpsuitable capacity complete .using acid and other suitable methods before filling as required at site. Painting work: - Painting of Installed Machineries at 450 KLD STP of the followings using scrapping existing paint and spraying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer for follwing iyems with using Asian/Berjer paint manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out U/s ladder and Supply and fix in (ug sump) wall supported steel ladder 25 feet long made of SS 304 material heavy grade 40 mm dia pipe with FRP coated 3 mm thick for avoid to rusting from chemical action. Cutting of vegetation / grasses earth hips etc, cleaning and leveling of cutting areas in stp area installaions surrounding of pump, filters water storage tanks complete all as specified and directed

S & F LED bulb 09 watt Cat No B22 CG / philips/bajaj all as specified and directed.

Supply and install hypo solution (NAOCL), inclusive HDPE tank of 50 KG HDPE Hypochlorite dosing tank with 50 KG hypo solution (NAOCL).

Taking out U/S Pressure gauge/vaccume gauge & Supply and fix pressure gauge with Nipple 0-60 kgs rating bourdons tube type complete all as specified and as directed. Make: - H Guru or equivalent.

S & F Surface mounting 9 Watt LED Luminaries with epoxy white powder coated CRCA sheet steel housing with reeded translucent acrylic diffuser and 1 x 9 Watt LED fitting with end caps complete, pre wired fitted on and including two Nos PVC block of suitable size and connection up to tube light fitting with connecting up with copper 3 core flexible cord of minimum size 1.5 Sqmm size and testing complete including LED lamp, including taking down old unserviceable fittings complete all as specified and as directed.
