Excavation in foundations trenches etc in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work blasting and chiselling soft / hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts i/c trimming & dressing of side levelling of bed stacking the excavated soil in 15 Cm layers when required in to Plinth sides of foundations etc including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting timbering & dewatering where ever required complete in all respect as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand): 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including certring shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in all leads and lifts in:-Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1:5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, huttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:15:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand) 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm in all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15º landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels bands, plain window sills, staircases and spir stair cases above plinth level up to floor five leve excluding the cost of entering, shuttering, finishi and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.

Providing Tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in posi and binding all complete upto plinth level. steel and Medium Tensile steel bars in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window ills, fillets, sunken floor etc.. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse : sand) 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in all leads and lifts.
