Dismantling of damaged facia glazing of NITB of all heights upto 24m from ground including necessary boom lifter/scaffolding etc. Complete as per directions of the engineer in charge the approximate size of the glass is 1.2x2.8m. Item includes removal of Elliptical fins, pressure plate upto required height , complete removal of damaged Glass panel along with sub frame, gasket/sealant/ glass remains etc. handing over of serviceable material and safe disposal of unserviceable material. Item rate shall include cleaning the opening to meet the requirement for fixing the glass in opening and re fixing of elliptical fin & pressure plate with required SS bolts and Nuts etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing semi unitised Aluminium structural glazing on front side, rear side and aerobridges of building (Glazing of NITB of all heights upto 24m from ground including necessary boom lifter/scaffolding etc. Complete as per directions of the engineer in charge the approximate size of the glass is 1.2x2.8m) as per approved drawing with double insulated 30mm thick toughened glass (outer 8mm thick high performance toughened clear / green glass + 16mm air gap + inner 6mm thick toughened clear glass) using heavy duty aluminium extruded built up profiles. the outer glass shall be solar control, as well as thermal control, UV protected with high light transmission properties. The outer glass shall be heat reflective having solar control (SF - 0.20), U values (1.30 to 1.60 w/sqm.k), high light transmission (minimum 30%) with internal reflection (12 to 17%) and external reflection (13 to 20%) The standard glass panel shall be of size of 2875mm c/c in width and 1200mm c/c in height, shall be free from any scratch / tong marks. Glazing system shall be having fire stop cum smoke seal system wherever applicable. All components should be sealed for water proofing with weather silicon of Wacker / DOW corning / GE silicon with silicon joint movement minimum + 50% according to ASTMC - 920 (Silicon grade shall be used as per the manufacturers recommendations) All Screws, Nuts and washers used in the glazing shall be only stainless steel (S.S. Grade 304) and of approved make. The Hermetically sealed double glass unit shall be fixed to an aluminium sub frame with approved make / grade of structural silicone of required bite (structural silicon bite size shall no be less than 8mm) OR as per structural requirement / as per manufacturers recommendations (30mm thick glass unit shall be glazed in controlled factory conditions) with 6.4mm thick double adhesive Norton tape around the periphery of the glass unit and then glass unit shall be mounted on the curtain glazing main frame. All the glass panel joints in elevation shall be filled with approved grade of weather silicon with appropriate size of backer rod, using masking tape to avoid any stains of silicon on glass / aluminium framing, joints shall be uniform in concave shape in both vertical and horizontal directions and gap between two glass panels shall not exceed 16mm in width as per approved drawings and details or as per instruction of site in charge The above work shall be carried out by approved specialized Agency to the satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing of toughened laminated glass 13.52 mm thick (6mm thick toughened clear glass +1.52mm thick P.V.B. Lamination + 6mm thick clear toughened glass) including necessary hardware, making holes in glass, toughening transport fixing etc. complete as approved drawing and directions of the engineer-in-charge. Overall glass area shall be measured in sqm for payment (cost of hardware is included in the item nothing extra shall be paid)
