Civil Works - Excavation of earth for pipeline trenches of Raw, Clear water rising main, Feeder Main and Distribution System in following strata requiring the use of specials, T&P such as pick axes, sabbals crow bars etc with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 30 m. including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal & disposal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m. from the trenches including supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. all complete.

Confirmatory survey and design of Supply / Feeder Main and Distribution System including Supply, Carting, Laying & Jointing GI Medium Pipe of following size and also provision of specials and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve etc. at suitable points including making scouring arrangment at suitable location by fixing tee & gate valve etc. complete and also testing and commissioning of laid pipe line including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Supply & Construction of Wheel Valve Chamber ( 60 x 60 x 75 cm) in brick masonnry with fixing of M.S. manhole cover on top including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of work as per drawing & design.

Supplying, Carting, fixing of following sizes of gun metal wheel valve as per IS: 14846 with caps etc. flange drilled as per IS: 1538/70 ISI marked etc. at suitable points including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Design and Construction of following R.C.C. M20 grade semi sunk circular service water reservoirs as per latest IS codes of following capacity and other appurtenant works including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. with all necessary scaffolding, shuttering and other accessories alongwith construction of valve chambers, supply and fixing of inlet and outlet pipes, lightining conductor, water level indicator, bye pass connections with chambers & M.S. Manhole cover with locking arrengment including supply and fixing of M.S. Steel Ladder of 65 mm x 65 mm x 5 mm angle outside and inside the tank ( For tanks 20 KL capacity or more) and colour washing of approved apex or other exterior high class paint, on the tank, manhole SS mosquito wire mesh over expanded metal mesh including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete required for proper completion of work or as per direction of engineer incharge of work. The reservoirs shall be checked for water tightness i.e for leakage, seepage in the tank and before making the final payment to contractor.

Construction of protection works for Site Development of Intake, WTP, Clear Water Reservoir, Pump House, Staff Quarter, Sump cum Reservoirs, Service Reservoirs, Rising Main, Feeder Main etc. as per site conditions wherever necessary as follows ( with the prior approval of Engineer incharge) :-

P.C.C. 1:4:8 with 40 mm gauge stone ballast including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Random Rubble stone masonry in 1:6 with cement and sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Random Rubble stone masonry laid dry including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Dismantling of cement concrete road pavement for laying different sizes of pipes, stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of waste materials upto a distance of 50 m including supplyof materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

PCC 1:2:4 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Making connection with the existing M.S. Galvanised mains of upto 25mm nominal dia, including cutting and threading of pipe, bailing out water, fixing, if required, specials and testing etc. complete, but excluding cost of insertion pipes and specials besides boring out (and also subsequent back fill) existing main.

Providing and fixing brass ferrule 15mm dia. nominal bore for domestic connections.

Providing and fixing of PTMT cock 15 mm dia. nominal bore for domestic connections.
