SERVICING, OVERHAULING & TESTING OF OLTC OF CTR MAKE OF 25 MVA TRANSFORMER AS MENTIONED BELOW:-
Servicing, Overhauling & Testing of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) of 25 MVA Transformer as per below details: OLTC Make : CTR Type: GQ-16 The broad scope of Servicing, Overhauling & Testing involves: 1. Visual Inspection of OLTC 2. Disassembly of OLTC after draining oil thorough checking 3. Removal of top cover and internal inspection of PTR 4. Cleaning of all fixed & moving contacts 5. Removal of dust particles 6. Servicing of Mechanical Assembly 7. Lubrication to all moving parts 8. Checking of wiring for electrical circuitry, 9. Testing & Pre-commissioning check on the transformer as per IS: 2026 10. Re-assembly & Re-commissioning The Job is required to be carried out as per relevant standards and manufacturer’s maintenance manual and as advised by HBL Officer.
