Construction of Interior & Exterior works (Need Basis) for BeCafe-Stores including unloading charges in good conditions at BPCL retail outlets within the delivery schedule is in vendor’s scope. The job involves works that are not regular in nature and with a mix non-SOR items of civil, electrical, signages. The detailed scope of works for the tender is enclosed Ø BOQ showing service Nos. and SOR rates is enclosed with tender documents Ø You are requested to offer your rate for each line item Ø bidder to quote rate as per the price bid form. Bidders are requested to check before submission Ø Bidders will be able to quote value only. Ø L1 shall be arrived at considering site wise least cash flow Ø If the Bidder is not willing to execute the job, bidder has the option of regret. BOQ enclosed is indicative. There can be variation upward / downward than above estimated quantities/value. BPCL reserves the right to reduce the scope of work as per their requirements during execution in terms of facilities proposed in the tender. As per site requirements, bidder may be asked to operate other SOR Service items which are not included in the BOQ. The Corporation does not give any guarantee for minimum amount of the job to be awarded to you. As per the prevailing site conditions / other conditions including local approvals, statutory requirements etc, job will be executed. The construction activities will be executed under the supervision of company State /Territory engineer. However, the Corporation will have the option to engage third party agency PMC agency for project management services for execution as per guidelines. It is to be noted that conditional tender will not be accepted, and the Corporation reserves the right to accept / reject the quote without assigning any reasons to the Contractor.
